there is no refrigerator in the room; the hotel is near the road, in the evening you can hear the roar of the tram, especially if you open the window.

A wonderful hotel on the river! Stayed with my son. It is convenient to get there from the railway station. From the hotel to the city center - 15 minutes walk. Close to Zabka, McDonald's. The room is clean, the mattresses are comfortable, there is a kettle, a bottle of water, tea and coffee. Breakfast is a big plus of the hotel: "buffet", very tasty, many dishes to choose from, from cereal and fresh bread to omelet and fruit. Friendly staff at the reception. Of the nuances that should be taken into account: there is no refrigerator in the room; the hotel is near the road, in the evening you can hear the roar of the tram, especially if you open the window. At the same time, the impressions of the stay are positive. We would be happy to come again!

One of staf hit my wife when opening door and didn’t say sorry

Option of breakfast is prety poor.

Good location, free parking available in the front of hotel. Not so many parking lots, but you can get one easily after some time if there is no free spaces at your arival time. Good budget price hotel.

Breakfast lacked variety a little bit, but it was delicious anyway.

Location was really good, close to old town square, within 2min walking. All staff members were polite and professional, spoke in English well. Rooms were nice and clean, overall a nice place to stay.

Staff are all young inexperienced, do not greet or know answers to questions. Are you training them in customer service? Breakfast is supposed to be until 1030am at the weekend but the kitchen staff refused to fill up the hot counter at 955am!

Well...there was nowhere to sit during breakfast and also there was almost nothing on that breakfast... When I asked if there will be refills I was told that it might but they not sure and there will be late.... I mean It was still plenty of time and with nowhere to sit and nothing to eat it's a bit disappointing

The bar closed at 8pm, which was a little early. And one lift is not enough for a hotel of this size; cleaners need a separate service lift.

Excellent location, less than 10 mins walk from the main square. Excellent breakfast. The staff were helpful and friendly, and when we asked for extra pillows, these were provided immediately.

If your windows face the street it is a little bit noisy, sound proof between rooms can be better.

The hotel is Bed and Breakfast type hotel, where you get comfortable room and really good breakfast buffet. The location is really good, it takes only 10-15 minutes by foot, to get to the market place or to Tumski island. Parking near the hotel is free.

When the "room cleaning" was done, only two of the four towels were changed and the beds weren't made again. Either all or nothing, but half was kind of weird.

The hotel staff at the front desk was very friendly. The hotel was within walking distance to the city center, but still far enough away from all the hustle and bustle. You had to be there in time for a parking space, but we got one.
