None- my stay was even better than I expected.

The host was exceptionally nice: gave me a single room with an own bedroom as a bonus. The room was Clean and tidy and I free access to the kitchen facilities on the floor either kettle and refrigerator. The area was is very calm, slightly far from the central part of Zakopane, but for me the peace and surroundings mean much more. The bus stops just after the corner and there is a small grocery with the basic set of products you may need urgently. I really recommend this villa and would return with my family if we plan in the future.

Location is a bit further away from the main town of zakopane. However, the bus stop is right outside the accommodation, and it's very easy to get frequent buses into town, so it's not really a problem.

The bed sheets were only little bigger than the matresses and without this rubber ribbon, so they always moved out of place during sleep.

The room was lovely, clean and warm. Also the staff was very helpful, cleaning the driveway from snow so I was able to park my car there. I especially appreciate the fact that we were able to use the laundry machine for free and even got our clothes back folded.

The kitchen wasn’t fully equipped (no stove or oven), but this is mentioned in the property description. There is however a microwave, fridge and cutting boards.

Everything was great. When I got there, the owner automatically gave me a larger room than the basic single room I’d booked, probably because there were less guests there in the late summer. This was incredibly nice of her and it felt really luxurious being in a big room! She was very nice. I liked the shared bathroom, it was always clean and looked modern, and the interior furnishings gave the whole villa a very cute vibe!

Very friendly owner. Nice comfortable and very clean rooms with huge balconies and beautiful view of the mountains. A little bit outside of Zakopane so it was so quiet and peaceful. No noise from traffic or tourists like in the very busy town. Small store directly across the street for breakfast or lunch supplies, drinks or snacks.

I was travelling alone and the stay was great. The language barrier was there with the owner but she did her best to communicate with me. She was quite helpful and cheerful. Location is good if you want to stay out of the hustle of the city. There are two bus stops just outside the property - one bus stop takes you directly to the Zakopane central (the main market) in 25-30 minutes and the bus frequency is pretty good. The second bus stop can take you to the Tatras mountains. So the location of the property is pretty good. It is mid way of the Zakopane cental and the Tatras.

My friend stayed in neighboring apartment, same owner but paid way less money that me. Of course it was 2 different apartments with different amenities but still felt huge difference.

Stay was really good and Host Ewa was very helpful and considerate. Situated in very good calm location in outskirts with superb views and proper bus connectivity, bus stop is just outside entrance. All buses to Morski Oko goes via this stop, so an ideal place to stay if planning for Morski Oko trek and you don't have your own vehicle. It's very easy to get to the center from here as it just takes around 20 mins. Facilities in the stay was also good with comfy beds, wifi, fridge, kitchen, clean bathrooms. Only thing missing was microwave.

Eva is such a kind soul! Liked the location is a quieter part of town (though still near a bus stop). Very cozy place, feels welcoming and homey. Comfortable bed, good showers. Loved the mountain views and east access to nearby trails.
