The bathroom was quite damp and small with no ventilation so it smelt really bad once we had showered in there. Very musty and unpleasant so we had to leave the windows open during the day which meant the room was very cold when we got it.

The staff were friendly, breakfast was excellent. We were vegetarian and once the staff knew that, they provided a wide range of veggie options the next day! The spa was lovely, albeit a little pricey for one hour. The little ice room was a bonus! The hotel was a ten minute walk to the ski lift too which was super easy and convenient.

Breakfast was excellent! A lot of variety and everything was delicious. We picked this hotel for the location, which is 10min walking from the lift and a lot of nice places to eat within 3/6 min walking. We made used of the Spa, which was great! Reasonable price, you can book it a few hours in advance and you can have it for yourselves for a whole hour. Jacuzzi, Sauna, shower, and a relaxing space with a salt ceiling. Last but not least, the staff was super helpful and super nice!

It is a great place for the holiday. The rooms are nice and comfortable, the Spa of Villa is amazing. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The staff is kind and helpful. There is a good and cheap restaurant about 150 meters from the Villa. The Ski Bus station is also nearby situated (ca.150-200 meters from the accomodation). I can offer it for couples and family.

The bed mattress and pillows were quite uncomfortable and also the hotel lacks a playroom for the smaller kids which could elevate the whole place to another level if established. Otherwise we were very satisfied.

Very helpful owner and stuff, our group was highly satisfied with the hotel. The breakfast was exceptionally good, there were many different foods and beverages, it was delicious and plus point for the free coffee/tea/limonade in the meantime. Also we could use freely the sleds.

Very cool wooden villa, beautiful wooden patterns everywhere, a kitchen decorated in a traditional mountain living style. Good soundproofing, a couple lived opposite with a small child and I didn’t hear them at all. Parking under the windows, with a capacity of 5-6 cars. The window overlooked the main road, so the traffic was always audible, but not very loud. TV, hair dryer did not check, but they were in the room. Shared kitchen, which I never used )) Stayed only for 2 nights.  Breakfast was excellent, buffet style. There was no expected Ski in, 15 min walk to the Bania lift. There is a small room for storing equipment on the 1st floor, I've discovered it only on the 2nd day of my stay. In general, my room was warm, but there were no batteries for drying things, the battery in the bath was cold and I did not find how to turn it on, so it was a slightly wet riding for me the next day)) And what is not less important: good stable internet, very friendly and helpful staff, would definitely recommend!

All aspects of our stay was 10/10 - clean and cosy room, tasty and generous breakfast, convinient location close to slopes and restaurants. Super helpful and kind staff, who made our first trip with the baby much easier. Great value for money.

The bed was old and in bad condition, the same with pillows and the smoke smell all the time in the room, I left the windows opened almost all the time and still the smell was really strong.

The location is perfect for Kotelnica, the staff is incredibly nice and helpful! There is tea and coffee available for you. Supermarkets and shop literally nextdoor.

Perhaps some mild adjustments are needed: THere is no wifi in the bedroom, where other area seamed to be fine. There is no availability to make hot drinks in the room. The hot water from the faucet in the bathroom is not working. There is no lift, so be mindful.

The hotel is lovely, cosy and spacious room as I booked a family room. The bathroom is large and very clean. The breakfast is very good and lots to choose from. The service is excellent. Overall, the place is good and I recommend it.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! We loved the big room and the balcony and the extra storage for our ski gear was a great addition. Breakfast was exceptional with a wide section and lots of variety every day including some familiar foods and some more traditional Polish foods. The location is great for skiing, about a 5 minute walk to the chair lift or 2 minutes on the free bus if you have too much gear to walk. Lots of wonderful restaurants and bars nearby and the staff were super helpful and friendly including accommodating our late check in. Excellent value for money and the perfect stay, we will hopefully be back next year!!
