We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyThey seem to prioritize the bar/dance party over the hotel guests, but it wasn't too bad. Some guests in the hallway were pretty loud late at night, but that was not the hotel's fault.
The bathroom was very nice with a separate toilet with its own sink, which was great for a group of ladies. It was a nice spacious room with pretty comfortable beds. Breakfast was delicious. It was nice to have dinner in the hotel, but it wasn't amazing food. The prices were wonderful, though! I requested a high floor far from the dance party and was given it. We heard the music some, but not nearly as much as i was anticipating based on some reviews. I didn't even need the earplugs they provide. Parking was easy and free on-site. Overall it was a great place I'd recommend to others as long as you aren't a super light sleeper.

United StatesWe had a great stay! Our room felt very elegant, had tons of space, and was perfect for our family of 4. Great location, great parking, friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast. We even had dinner there, and it was all yummy. Perfect spot to stay while visiting all the Polish pottery shops. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed the hotel decor. The hotel, restaurant, and bar were decorated with eclectic antiques. We also enjoyed the great service and food. Our room was spacious with thoughtful touches. The bathroom was nicely decorated with a wonderful shower! The hotel and restaurant staff were very helpful. We appreciated the elevator and private onsite parking.

United StatesWe checked in late on a Friday night. We had to drag our bags down the stone steps to get to the check in area. Would have been nice if the door men for the dance could have assisted with our bags. The hotel did not have any washcloths, the Maids had some small cleaning cloths they let us use.
Breakfast was good, Room was comfortable. The restaurant was handy in the evening and the food was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

GermanyOn Saturday night, we had some visitors at our outside door at 4am that woke us up, but we ignored them and they eventually went away.
The breakfast was great. It was very much like an European breakfast but they also had scrambled eggs. One morning we arrived later and they were out of eggs, and the attendant asked if we would like some scrambled eggs and we said yes, so she made all four of us about 3 eggs each. The staff was amazing the entire trip. They left ear plugs in our room for the dance party on Friday and Saturday night, which did get loud, but played some great 80’s music. One day it was pouring rain and lent us umbrellas from their personal staff!
