Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We enjoyed our brief stay at Vienna House Mokatow! The hotel was easy to access with reasonably priced parking on site. The desk staff were helpful in orienting us to the hotel and facilities. We especially enjoyed our last meal before departing Poland in the hotel's restaurant. We both agreed it ws the best meal of our 2 week trip to Poland, Germany, and Czeck Republic. We definitely recommend Vienna House Mokatow- great facilities, great staff, and very convenient to Chopin Airport!

I stay overnight with kid because our flight was moved and we found this place very cosy. Very good host and lady in Reception , I’m not sure Olena was very nice . They also made us a breakfast which I took before working hours. due to an early driving we couldn’t manage to have it at 7. All was very nicely packed and we feel your care! Thanks a lot!! Will recommend it to other friends and colleagues!

United KingdomNothing - although a shame staff didn’t mention the Wyndham Loyalty scheme until I asked, after which time it was too late to add points from my stay as apparently I had to flag to the hotel before check-in.
Modern, clean, spacious, industrial style hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Unexpectedly good restaurant. 5 minute taxi ride from the airport. You can even borrow a plant to take up to your room! Various eco-friendly initiatives are also a big plus.

UkraineThe only one problem I had during check in: my phone was off and I asked to check in me so I could charge the phone in my room and could come down a bit later to pay. But the receptionist said NO. I was surprised considering that I booked the room using booking.com, so the hotel had my card. I had to wait in the hall (after a long trip with all laggage) till my phone is charged.
The hotel was very nice, with comfortable and clean room. I would choose it again (if i fly from Chopin).

It was such an amazing stay! Usually after breakfast we rush to do things, but in this case the room was so comfortable that we stayed there almost until 12 (btw, such a late check-out 🤩). And the breakfast is amazing! At first sight might seem that the food corner is small, but then you realise that there is everything and even more! Some things that you won't find often at a hotel's breakfast are mozzarella, nuts, all kinds of alternative milk and soya yoghurt, delicious mushrooms, sprouts, honeycomb (never seen anywhere!), baked potatoes, etc.

Everything was nice! Clean, cozy, value of money, coffee and mini bar in the room. Perfect location of you need to stay close to the Chopen airport. Reception works 24 hours. They have called a taxi for me at 4am which was very helpful! Apples and lemonade on reception were very welcoming ❤️

PolandThe property doesnt offer airport transfer, and it can be a little difficult to get to the hotel using public transport (it's very quick by taxi though!)
Very comfortable bed, good size rooms, well equipped gym, helpful and friendly staff, eco-friendly initiatives, restaurant on-site and small local shops within walking distance. Everything felt clean - from the rooms to the corridors and the gym.
