Nice apartment in a great location for getting around really easy check in

The apartment had a smell when we entered and we needed to air it for quite some time to get rid of it. The bed cushions and blanket (not the pillows and linen) also had a smell.

The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. The self check-in process was okay and the location was good, as we could walk to the old town.

Let's just say they got a very good photographer in and the apartment isn't nearly as nice as it looks in the photos. The description also said there was balcony, which there is not (a railing with a window that opens isn't a balcony). Our key to the outside gate also snapped in the lock, and whilst we were able to get in, it took the hosts until the next day to react to our messages, which resulted in some other people having issues getting into the apartment complex which stressed us a little bit.

Location was nice, a short walk from the old town. The apartment is also quite spacious.

When we first came, the apartment, and the passage leading to the apartment, smelled a bit musty and damp. That problem seemed to reduce as the weather improved.

Good size, great location for old town and little local convenience shops. Helpful staff who quickly came over to fix up a couple of issues which had arisen and provide more towels when requested.

2nd door was awkward to open especially as there was no light above it to see what I was doing Curtains to the windows could’ve been less see through , with lights on people probably could see straight through and see us Bed mattresses could’ve been a little bit better wasn’t expecting it to be so thin Be nice to have a bigger tv and maybe have it in the bedroom to watch

The elevator got stuck with us in it, once it got moving again we didn't use it again, which was unfortunate as my dad has bad knees and the stairs were tough on him. Also the coffee pot was broken so we had to improvise in the mornings.

Location was perfect, so close to the old town. Apartment was clean, warm, and comfortable.

Instructions to find the apartment were not accurate but at least the correct street! Also took a while to work out that the entry code is the same for the gate and the door to the apartment block.

The market is away from the flat. It has no balcony. Curtains isn’t enough for morning sun light. And It isn’t useful for public transport.

The couch bed was very thin and not comfortable to sleep. The wifi did not work at all. This was very bad. I reset it and worked for a minute only. I had to get a international plan on my phone

It was a little far to walk to the touristy part of the city. We thought there would be a balcony to sit on, but there was not. The apartment does not have a private balcony.

The apartment’s kitchen was well-equipped and the living room was pretty, nicely decorated and pleasant to be in. The view from the window of a small fountain in the garden below was pleasant.

However there was no air conditioning and we had to kept open our balcony door all night and it was very noisy ! You could hear all night people talking , weekend was the worst. Lady next door had tv on full with balcony open and myself and my child were kept awake since 5 am ! Secondly there was no really balcony it was just a big window , if you travel with smaller child ( like we did ) we didn’t really have any separate space to sit after we put our child to bed , (we thought there was a balcony ) we were forced to sit in the evenings in the small kitchen with no windows really , it was only dark and tinted window which was there to get some air from the communal outside hall . And at last our sink in the bathroom got blocked from day one ( but these things can happen and we can’t predict )

The apartment was spotless , lovely prepared and had good equipment in the kitchen . Location was good ,close enough to old city and near by public transport which was handy .

.(We truly enjoyed staying at this apartment. It has 2 separated bedrooms (one with double bed and one with single bed The living room is big and has a TV with satlite channels and big balcony. There is an elevator to the apartment (3rd floor) that can help people that find it difficult to climb to the 3rd floor. Altogether, we strongly recommend this apartment that is located just 10 minutes walk from the old city of Krakow.

It was about 10 minutes further away from old town than the pin point shows on the map, the correct address is in the title but after you’ve booked it, it showed the other address first, so was just a little confusing to find the first time. However it was only 20 minutes walk or, if like us you don’t like walking at night, bolt taxis (definitely cheaper than Uber) were only about £2 to old town and our bolt back to the airport was only about £10. I’ve attached a picture of the gate set back from the street, which might help make it easier for others to find. The bath seemed to have a leak coming from under it that made the bathroom very wet and slippy and soaked through the bath mat. It only seemed to leak when sat in it and did it very slowly so took us a while to figure out why the floor was so wet. We only found the reason for this on the last night so need to be fair and be clear we didn’t have the opportunity to ask for this to be looked at or be fixed so definitely have not marked our stay down at all. Both really very minor issues and we’d definitely stay again

The property was a lovely place, very warm and homely with all the things you need, we found the bed super comfortable, as well as some nice touches like shampoo & conditioner that were particularly welcome when we only travelled with hand luggage. There was also washing powder, dishwasher tablets and dish soap. Also being a coffee lover I very much appreciated the percolator (which for me is far better than a coffee machine) and ground coffee!! There was lift access to the flat which we welcomed after long days of walking. The area was very quiet and we slept so well after our busy days. The heating seemed to be set on a timer so it was always so warm and cosy when we arrived back.
