Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IrelandThe only problem we had was that there were pigeons on the balcony, and they had it quiet dirty, not the fault of the apartments owner though.
Excellent location just a couple of minutes walk to the square and in the opposite direction just a few minutes walk to the galleria shopping centre which had the bus and train stations. Very comfortable bed and very quiet apartments, no disruptions at night, small kitchenette with everything you would need. Great shower, also. There was also air conditioning, which was very much needed as it was quite hot outside. You also have an ironing board and iron just outside the room for your use. There is also a washing machine and dryer both outside your room. Would definitely stay again!

United StatesThere were two things that made a bad impressions before we got to our studio. First: since we made a reservation for 6 nights, we asked for a change of towels in the middle of the stay, and I was told that it would cost 35 zlotys (you can buy new towels for that amount). We toyed with an idea of making two 3-day reservations to have fresh towels but eventually we just washed them. The second bad impression: we arrived at the address with the entry codes, and there were names of different organizations and private persons listed at the keypad. No name, plaque, sign, nothing indicating that any St. Thomas Corner studios were located in that building. For a moment, we thought it was a hoax. Later, we noticed such plaques, sometimes fancy, at other locations where rooms were rented for tourists. The floor was dirty, and the noise from the bar was louder, as expected, on Friday and Saturday nights.
Excellent location, rater spacious room (although we paid more for a larger one), good security; clean sheets; well equipped kitchenette, clean dishes and silverware. Good wi-fi signal. The noise from the bar at the street level was not bothering us much but I realize that may be so for studios located at the lower floors. There are washing machines at two floors but dryers are at different floors which makes using them inconvenient but still a plus if you need to wash your clothes.

United KingdomThe location of this property was amazing. Approx 150 metres to the main Square. There was a lift which was great as we were on the 4th floor, and an added bonus was that there were lockable storage for us to leave our luggage on the last day (we had a late flight home). Any queries we had were answered very quickly via message on booking.com. Very clean, and the kitchen was well equipped if needed (we only used the kettle). The entrance is via a keypad leading to a shared entrance next to the Belgium Bar downstairs.
