Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Breakfast was really good & lots of choice. Wasn’t aware that the full english had an extra supplement (not a problem as good value for money but wasnt aware). Room was modern and clean. Location was ideal and the bar was good too.

The breakfast was the best bit of staying here! The staff at the buffet were amazing: so attentive so respectful !what a choice of breakfast goodies.. pancakes omlette sausage.. croissant and pain au chocolate.. thank you such a. Beautiful start to the day with a true breakfast! The location of the accommodation was on point. It's surrounded by cafe bars restaurants.. we are defo going to stay there again

My son is coeliac and there was no problem with breakfast - he could have a good range of food from the buffet and gluten free bread was provided every morning. Would definitely recommend - a big thumbs up.

LatviaThe sound isolation of doors was not amazing, early in the morning I was woken up by voices of other people passing by in the corridor and then checking out (I stayed in the first floor). One of the days early in the morning I felt the smell of breakfast in my room even though it is not very close to the restaurant. But these were just minor details
The staff was very helpful and breakfast was beyond expectation - large selection, delicious food. The location also great, near many great cafes and Old Town. Room was a tat small, but immaculate.

PolandWe have been away all day and room service came when we arrived back and were in the room around 5 pm. No lift but they allowed us to keep the stroller in a baggage storage. A lot of people on the breakfast not from hotel which made it a little crowded, we had to sit near toilets.

SerbiaMaybe it's in such a location where it's always alive, so sometimes there can be a little noise at night, but we really didn't mind because we were on the top floor. We assume it could be a problem on the lower floors of the hotel, but a really negligible thing compared to all the other things the hotel has to offer.
We stayed at this hotel for three days, it completely met our expectations! It is really in a great location in Krakow. You need 10 minutes to walk to the main square and the castle. What we can really praise is the extremely friendly hotel staff who are always at your service, as well as the excellent breakfast. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, we can recommend this hotel!

PolandWell so the place was pretty loud at the evenings on the upper floors for some reasons, there were only few channels on the TV which is a minus if u want to chill at the evening doing literally nothing.
Nobody interrupted us and place was pretty clean, the location is really good, you can easily get to the market square and the most popular places in the city, bed was comfy, the receptionist was nice to us.

LithuaniaThe hotel is heavily worn out. Need a major refurbishment in the common areas. It seems that reception, corridors, staircase has been repaired at least 25 years. The rooms looks slightly better, but the refurbishment is expected there as well. No elevator, the steps in the staircase are high, not easy for elderly customers. Breakfast area is not impressive as well, however the food is good. No dedicated parking areas, nearby streets are reserved for the local residents. Have to search for the parking spot in the next block.

Great location in the Jewish quarter. Very nice room. Old style hotel with lovely garden bar. Really good selection of food for breakfast. We had a choice of packed breakfasts to take away if the tour started early in the morning. Very central with many bars and restaurants nearby. The staff were very helpful and friendly and booked tours and taxis for me. I would certainly stay here again.
