One of the staff was not friendly but the other one was nice and helpful. Not the best system for leaving bags as it was in a cupboard that anyone could take bags from.

The property was clean and well situated north of the barbican! If you want to leave your bags before check in or after check out it is possible but that will be in a hostel 10 min away in the Old Town. At the same location you have to get the key and information about your stay. Can recommend this place. There was even an electric stove in a cupboard of the room, which we didn’t know about since it wasn’t written in the ad - a shame because we would have liked to use it!

For that price (around 17€ per person) I do not say nothing wrong. That was the first time that I tried such type of accommodation (shared bathroom). One drawback: for keys one have to go to the centre of Kraków (approx 15-20 mins away from the apartments).

Great ratio value for money. Everything was fine. In fact, almost entire block of flat are changed for apartments. Former flats consists of 3-4 individual locked rooms with shared bathroom. Some rooms has a view into inner block, some into the quiet street. In our room we also have small kitchenette with kettle and some coffee. I feel comfortable and safe cause room and the main entrance into former "flat" and into room one can lock.

Keys problem

Everything was amazing except the fact that to get your keys, you need to go to another part of town. This is definitely not the thing you want to do when you’re tired from your trip.

Making you walk 15 mins there and back to pick up the keys from a reception in 2024? Can't you just have a simple self check-in solution with a locker? Seriously? And it's not in the description of the property - you'll get a notice once you booked. I had to walk a Ukranian mother and daughter to the office because they had no mobile data in Poland and had no idea what's going on ...

When we arrived from the airport the driver dropped us off. We entered the apartment and no one was there to meet us. We stood about waiting ? Another guest phoned an office ? A girl came on the phone and told me to come and pick the keys up at an address ? I’ve never been in Krakow it was pitch black. The other guest put the address into my phone but unfortunately it was for a car not walking. It was really a mess. After almost an hour I found the address. The girl was very nice and gave me the keys. I then had to make my own way back to the apartment. The moral of the story is you can’t have tourist turning up and no one there to meet them. Very poor.

It would be great if it had some cleaning products. Also, the room was not well soundproof and you could hear others moving around.

The location was perfect and the room, although kind of small, was very good and with a cute view. It had some electrical devices that you could cook for breakfast etc. I wish we could check in remotely but the staff was very polite and helpful

Everything was fine with the room, it was clean and it was warm, BUT the hotel managers need to change something with the hotel check-out system, because when you check out of the room and throw the keys into the box, you find yourself locked first in the common corridor of the hostel and then in front of the front door door to the street. I was stuck for 15 minutes just waiting for someone to open the door.

There could have been one big blanket instead of two tiny ones (double room). I would have loved to have a trash bin also in the bedroom, and a small fridge if we stayed a bit longer.

Receptionist working there was really helpful and was ready to go an extra mile for our wellbeing. A big thanks to her! Room was clean and warm, less than 10 minutes walk from the main square, 15 min walk from the main train station.

The only drawback of the apartment is that it leaks in the bathroom, but someone "repaired" it by putting a pan from the kitchen under the hole (that is on the water heater which is located under that hole, which can be very dangerous) instead of actually patching the hole. Also, the water drains slowly when you shower.

The apartments are located in an excellent location. Just a few minutes from the old town. The girl at the reception is more than friendly. The apartment I booked was on the fourth floor with a wonderful view. I'm already planning to come back again.

They have two different receptions. Main reception is in a different place. It is not far away but if you have a heavy luggage it may be a problem because they don't allow you to leave your luggage at the other reception after checkout. Other than that everything was good.

Friendly host, clean and spacious apartment. The location was excellent, only 10 mins walk to the market square. Quick checkout by placing keys into the black box outside the apartments.
