It was centrally located, spotlessly clean, the was a member of staff always on hand. Alexandra was exceptionally helpful, I had forgotten to take a European plug to charge my phone, on which I stored everything..money, tickets etc,….she lent me her personal one overnight with no hesitation! She also help us print things and stored our luggage so we could enjoy our last day out!

Hotel is located just one block from main street leading to rynek therefore Old town and Wawel castle is within walking distance and yet is far enough from noises of night time life.

Simply perfect! Hotel is located in a quiet street and the main square is reached within a 5 minute walk. Very good restaurants in the area. All the main attractions are easily reached on foot. The hotel is equipped with all the necessary amenities including a coffee machine. Sofa bed was comfortable as were the pillows. It is rare to find good pillows in hotels! Staff were exceptional and very helpful in whatever we needed.

There is no parking option available at the hotel itself. Be sure to check parking prices of the various options in the neighbourhood. Krakow can be expensive and 24/7 parking facilities frequently count per the hour (and that is 24x in one day). This is actually not a comment about the property itself, but about the city :)

Having to come home !

Lovely place, very clean and decorated very upmarket, pictures did not do this place justice. Beds were super comfy even the sofa bed, nice towels and fabulous toiletries they even provided cotton buds, cotton pads and toothbrushes if you forget your own. coffee machine with pods and kettle for tea, fridge and pots glasses and cutlery all provided, breakfast was offered just opposite and was very reasonably priced. Location was perfect as first timers to Poland we were with walking distance of everything you need to see, loads of places to eat and drink. Next time we come we will stay here.

Room wasn’t cleaned during 7 day stay as you are charged extra so you are responsible for the rubbish, getting new towels, amenities replacement. Thought that was a bit strange.

The only thing I can ‘complain’ is there was not a full length mirror Only had a smallish bathroom mirror. But this is so minor.

This location was the best ever. But the cleanliness was outstanding. The beddings / pillows / duvets were very very comfortable and first class. The room was extremely spacious. Walking a few steps to everything you need in central Krakow made out 5 day vacation so amazing. The price was terrific. We could have stayed at the Balthazar hotel for double at least the price and we got way more value at the Bogoria ! Loved it.

Would recommend to anyone who wants central location in easy walking distance to all amenities, the square ( Spar, small cafe and restaurant right outside). Excellent value for money

Information about parking - I drove to Krakow, which meant that I needed to leave my car in a parking. The hotel provided details of the closest parking, however, it was only open till 10pm. Even though I approached them again, no further information was provided and in the end I had to investigate the options myself.

One hour before arrival I was called by the hotel to say that there was a problem with the apartment I had booked and that they would relocate us to an apartment on the main Market Square instead. The apartment was stylishly designed, new and modern, had absolutely everything one might need. Being in an inner courtyard, it was amazingly quiet even though a couple of step away there was the busiest square of the city.
