We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe only thing that could have been improved in our opinion was that the curtains did not block out the light.
Both breakfast and dinner were very good. We liked the size of the room. The location between the train station (we were travelling by train) and the lake was perfect. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel. personal was very helpful, although administrator didnt spoke English, but she manage everything well. Brekfast was good, but nothing special. Very convinient free parking on th backjard of the hotel.

AustriaThe rooms in the old building, facing the main road in the first floor are terrible!! Very loud and if the window is open you get the smell from the kebap. It was the worst room possible in this nice hotel. Insist on a higher floor (we had 1st) and if possible rooms not on the main road.

United KingdomThere was a function on the last night we were there and it got a bit noisy but only because we had an early start in the morning and to be fair it finished by 11pm. Aircon in the room would have been a bonus as it was particularly warm weather when we were there.
Location was perfect as we travelled by train and also close to the lake for a stroll. Good variety of food and beer and was very reasonably priced. Staff were very friendly and helpful particularly Krystyna who organised a hire car for us when we were struggling.

We were greeted with "i dont know about that" - being reservation, like the hotel would have refused us if not for booking.com Reserve made 10 minutes earlier... He didnt give us receipt too, after asking to pay in cash once or twice 😉

The room was very hot and no A/C, single window was not enough to cool it down, and there was a lot of noise from the street. Overall room wasn't very good soundproven, you will be able to hear your neighbours cough.
Room was at a top floor, elevator. great center city location. Private parking on hotels site. Great breakfast included. Scrambled eggs, sauseges, vegetables, coffee, juices, cake, fruits.

But ....also I could hear a lot of noise that above me or next to me whoever was walking in the room felt like the person is with me in the room. I had 3th floor room ...

EstoniaDon't book Elk or Suvalki hotels, where they can have wedding, like on Friday or Saturday. Seems Poland don't have public rules for silence after 23:00 or anytime. And the wedding is a night club event up to 5 am, with music you can heat and dance outside.
The Elk city have good food and lake view.
