Perfect location, just little walk to main squere wich was nice

The communication with the host prior to our arrival was very difficult. All my questions remained not answered. I had to call basically at the checkin time to get any response. Also the property was advertised with free airport pick-up, well we never got our answer about it.

It's a very convenient place. The kitchen was well prepared and had everything needed. The location was very nice and it also had a small garden, which was a pleasure to use in the evenings. Special thanks to neighbours cat, who's super friendly and always visits to hang out with the guests.

I asked host about parking, they couldn't answer. I think it's should be easy for them to find out about car parking nearby (I don't speak Polish, so I took time to understand parking zones and prices)

Exactly as in pictures. Small studio but it had everything we needed, conditioner is especially important during such hit summers.

There is a very strong smell of food in the Fridge Although it was very clean, it exhaled an overpowering smell that could easily be removed if she had an odour remove device inside. The problem is with the shower. The water leaks out of the shower, no mater how careful one is when showering and it floods the entire bathroom.

No lift. (We were on the top floor, in flat 10, two levels up.) And it was really difficult to get the door open. (You pull the door hard towards you, then turn the key once (or twice if it’s double locked) away from the direction of the door opening. (We had to call for help!). Otherwise excellent.

Super clean. Great location. Air-conditioning worked well. Comfortable bed, fridge, hob, all you need to cook/seeve your own stuff.

Double check all dishware because pan and coupe glasses found really dirty. In the shower water was leaking from the bottom of the door(they keep mop with bucket for this purpose). Support nicely works 24/7(I was asked check in time after I booked apartment at 3am), but nobody provide details with code how to get in to the place even I came 2 hours later then inform them.

Convenient location, very fast internet(>100Mb), blackout curtains not allowing light to pass)

Some areas for improvements: 1) Would be great to have in the apartment some sugar, salt, tea/coffee. 2) Pillows could be better, the current one very thin and flat, so give some aches to the neck. 3) A bit faulty lock on the door, difficult to open and close, takes time to adjust the key.

Me and my mom stayed for 1 week. The self check-in was smooth, no issues. An apartment itself was clean and tidy. The best thing about this apartment is a location, just a short walk from the old town.

There were problems contacting with the manager, who at the same time did not respond to messages on the booking itself, which was why there were problems getting inside. Also room wich we get was a smaller than on the photos.

If you have one night to rest before flight,you shouldn’t book it.It’s says no noise from 10 to 6 and I guess it works,because at 8 I was awake already from noise in the corridor.Two ladies/housekeepers were so loud,absolutely disrespectful to people around,they were shouting,listening to music,and walls were made of paper so you can imagine how loud it was.the apartment is really nice,modern ,new furniture,but it was so upsetting to see a huge yellow stain on my bed sheets.also problems with hot/cold water..or you boil your skin or getting cold shower ,the door was not closing properly so the water was everywhere.but again the value is equal service.

The towel dryer didn't work. We asked how this can be fix,but nobody didn't came and fixed it. Also we could't turn on TV,it didn't catch the internet. Need to fix shower, the water flowed on the floor.

All was good with the property, however with guests above being heavy footed early hours of the morning, sleeping was less pleasant.

No lift and no laundry options either in/around the building. Noisy when neighbors watching TV and in and out their apartmnet, but overall, a good aparment to stay.

issues with internet, could not make the AC work :/ host was very friendly and nice but if you dont speak polish expect to have to do a bit of sign language

super cute apartment just as on the photos, easy to collect keys! decently equipped kitchenette, dont expect to cook a 5 course meal for for some simple cooked breakfast and quick meals it does the trick

The room was too small and without a window but with a small window on the roof. I was asked if I wanted a double bed or two single beds, I asked for the latter and was given a double with two duvets which was actually not even a bed it was a small sofa... not what I expected and sorry to say no worth the money

Very noisy- no noise cancellation at all between rooms. Staff / other people very noisy early in the morning meaning it was hard to sleep. Blinds weren't great, didn't block a lot of light. Shower was either very hot or very cold, no middle ground. No sign of owner at all, meaning it felt very impersonal when staying. Room was also very hot, and therefore aircon had to be on at all times. Room was also smaller than expected.

Location was great for going into city centre, only a few minutes walk from transport links
