We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Nice place to stay in Zakopane. Breakfast was great, good to have parking for our car. Helpful staff. Great recommendation for dinner near by.

UkraineIt was surprising that the restaurant worked only for breakfasts, no dinners, no bar. But the host recommended the closest restaurant - just round the corner with local food, which was great. So no complain at this point.
The room and hotel is very nice and unique, in a local wooden style. Exceptionally clean, new furniture, balkony, and the view to the ski slopes. The breakfast was great, as it is usually every where in Poland! The guys at reception spoke several languages including Ukrainian, which was also pleasant. The hotel has kids area near the breakfast room - play room and the places to seat.

SlovakiaThe hotel is located in a side street and does not have very attractive surroundings, but the other benefits absolutely balance it out.
It is a nice wooden hotel just 15 minutes walk from the center. Pleasantly furnished rooms, nice staff, excellent rich breakfast, a large free games room with billiards, table football and an indoor children's playground with a slide, a large parking lot where we could leave our car even after check-out. Really excellent hotel, we will definitely come back.

United KingdomWe hadnt realised there was no bar or restaurant or cooking facilities and a mile walk to and from restaurants in the town with tired children- would def book the apartment not the hotel next time for the catering facilities.
Fabulous staff, great breakfast and lovely room styling- cleaned every day and parking onsite. very near the ski slope.
