Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Incredible hotel. Well equipped spacious rooms. Great location close to everything. Amazing breakfast (in the eveninh it's a Michelin star restaurant). Very nice staff. They go some extra miles to make your vacation happy. Forgot a charger? They will lend you. Need tram tickets? They will sell you. Whatever you can think of. Fantastic hotel for a Krakov vacation.

Austriamaybe I’m being too picky here but as amazing as breakfast was, often times plates, trays were left completely empty before new food was put in. for this category of hotel I would hope staff checks if food is running out and puts fresh food on instead of waiting with an empty tray for 10 minutes. this happened every single breakfast

The location is nice and hotel is clean and rooms are comfortable. There was just one thing I need to bring to whoever is reading this comment. Our reservation was for two nights but for some reason I thought it’s for one night! At the end of first night I went to reception area and asked the guy to check and see if we can have a late check out! He checked for a few seconds and said sorry there is another guest checking in the room right after you!!! But obviously there was not! We found out in the morning that we are actually staying one more night! Maybe next time actually check the reservation before answering a guest!

The entire hotel was so clean and the decor was beautiful. The room we booked had a balcony which was lovely - with a view of the castle. The toiletries were of a really high standard. Everything was above our expectations. Breakfast is well worth staying for too. The location is perfect- a few minutes walk to restaurants, shops and bars. The staff are so helpful with anything you need.

We found the location excellent for what we wanted… right in between the Jewish quarter & and 15 min walk to main square. In a lovely location, we got a deluxe room which had a lovely view to the rear of the property. The beds & pillows are the most comfortable ever!!! Service, maid service and breakfast were all amazing.

United StatesThe room was nice, but the bedding was ok, not the most comfortable. Water bottles in the room cost extra, which should have been included in the room cost.
The location is great, a block away from the Jewish Quarter and a block away from the park circling old town. Breakfast was good with wide variety but the dinner was exceptional. We had the 4-course meal with wine pairing and each course was beautifully served and delicious. Plus the waiter was perfect. The room was contemporary and nicely decorated.

We have just returned from this hotel after a 6 night stay and I can honestly say that it was absolutely excellent. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. The room was large and very well equipped and well designed. It was cleaned to a high standard and things such as a plug to use for the hairdryer in the bathroom and a mini bar and safe made our stay very comfortable. The bed was large and comfortable too. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and it included something for everyone, all well cooked and delicious especially the fresh pastries. The hotel is very well situated- about a 10 minute walk from the Jewish Quarter and 15 minutes to the Old Town. However there are plenty of coffee shops, bars and convenience stores in very close proximity. We have had the most amazing time in Krakow and will certainly be returning to this beautiful city and the Queen Boutique Hotel as soon as possible.
