A bit noisy if the room is facing the street and tram lines. Rooms are a bit poorly soundproofed, you can hear other guests and cleaning staff in the hallway very clearly.

Good location between old town and Kazimierz, fantastic breakfast and very friendly staff. Very fast wifi. Spacious rooms.

Only one criticism was the bedrooms were very warm and we couldn’t control the heating. It was very cold outside (-2 at night) so not practical to leave the floor to ceiling door that opened onto a little balcony open all night.

It was beautiful. Everything about it, high quality furniture in the rooms, very comfortable huge bed. The staff were very helpful nothing was a problem. Breakfast was perfect. Location was perfect. 100% recommend

Excellent location in walking distance of the Old Town and the bars and restaurants in the Jewish Quarter. Room was a very good size, clean and quiet as we overlooked the gardens at the back of the hotel. Breakfast was a very good spread.

Location from the train is easy if you take public transportation- It is a little longer in a Bolt because of one way streets.

Honestly I cannot fault this place.

Staff were fantastic - so polite, impeccable service, and incredibly helpful - they helped with booking restaurants, tours, taxis, etc. I wish all hotels had staff like this. The location is so good too. Right near to the old town and the Jewish quarter. The food in the hotel restaurant was absolutely fantastic too. The 6-course tasting menu was one of the most delicious meals I've ever eaten!

Incredible hotel. Well equipped spacious rooms. Great location close to everything. Amazing breakfast (in the eveninh it's a Michelin star restaurant). Very nice staff. They go some extra miles to make your vacation happy. Forgot a charger? They will lend you. Need tram tickets? They will sell you. Whatever you can think of. Fantastic hotel for a Krakov vacation.

maybe I’m being too picky here but as amazing as breakfast was, often times plates, trays were left completely empty before new food was put in. for this category of hotel I would hope staff checks if food is running out and puts fresh food on instead of waiting with an empty tray for 10 minutes. this happened every single breakfast

the location is perfect- between the old town and the jewish quarter, close to public transport, sights, restaurants, the river the breakfast was nice
