The hotel is in a perfect location just next the old city. We loved everything in it. Very good breakfast, free coffee all day, free bicycle, good envirment, nice staff

I can't fault the hotel. I'm not sure how it's like with parking, as on this occasion we did not have a car.

The hotel has got a great vibe, with everything you'd expect to have in a hotel and even more - you can hire bikes to explore the city! The food was also very good.

Bed mattress and pillows are wayyyy too soft by default – there is an option to have the pillows exchanged with the staff though. Parking might be a bit uncomfortable/stressful for less confident drivers – the entry point is very narrow and steep, exit and entry are on the same gate.

Breakfast was fantastic! Loved the ability to control the AC and lighting in the room via tablet (although it bugged once and was unresponsive for a while). Beautifully designed room and interiors, great location.

We went for breakfast in the last 40 minutes of breakfast time and the hot food was cold. The restaurant did not replenish any hot food, only a little was left and was cold. I have stayed at PURO Kraków Kazimierz and was deeply impressed by the breakfast. It was very rich and had food cooked to order. The breakfast at PURO Hotel Poznań Stare Miasto was very disappointing. I wonder if it was because we went there too late?

It would have been nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room instead of having to go to the lobby each time. However its not a major gripe.

Choose this hotel as I was in town to do a Parkrun (Short, cheap Uber ride from the airport) Great hotel, friendly staff. The room was spotless. I loved the heated floor in the bathroom. I requested a quiet room and that exactly what I got. location is great, so many places to eat locally and things to see.

Nothing really - it’s an astonishingly ugly building, though, and you do wonder how on earth planning permission was granted

The location is great for anyone wanting to explore the city centre. The tram stop Małe Garbary (no. 17) is nearby, so it’s easy to get to and from the main railway station. The location is surprisingly quiet considering how central it is. Anyone familiar with Puro will enjoy the luxury of the place and the staff are just great

Technical issues with the room do not disturb/housekeeping system, air conditioning in the room was underpowered, motion smoothing on the TV that could not be turned off

Comfortable room, nice stylish interiors, good breakfast, location is amazing for Poznan, very close to restaurants and parks, Chromecast on the room TV was very nice

Breakfast was very average not a lot of selection of fresh fruit . We waited for some time to get a staff member to take our cooked option order. Also you have to pay extra for a coffee made at the bar . First time we have struck this during our travels . Staff were very unfriendly.

Modern hotel . Staff were very welcoming & friendly on our arrival & gave us a very detailed orientation of the hotel & the surrounding area. The rooms are spacious very clean & and very comfortable bed . The location is perfect a short walk to the old town with many excellent restaurants. Parking is available on site .

Please redesign the space to smokers. There is not way to avoid spending time in the smoke filled area.

Overall very good experience. However, one exception is the cigarettes smoking. The ashtray is situated right at the main entrance to the hotel which makes all smokers concentrate in the place where everybody has to come in and out. It is very unpleasant. Also, there is nice garden/patio in the hotel which is totally dedicated to smoking tables. It makes it impossible for non-smokers to enjoy this nice location. Please redesign the space to smokers.
