Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United StatesThere was no lifeguard at the pool (with so many kids). I thought that was not safe
It's a great family hotel with a lot of entertainment for kids. Our 2 year old daughter was running all day between kids room, outdoor slides, pool and jacuzzi. She was falling asleep immediately after so many activities. Great diversity and A LOT OF FOOD at breakfast (Eastern European cuisine), which was also helpful because with kids you never know what they will like eating. Relaxed and family friendly atmosphere. I also liked the outdoor area where parents can chill out and at the same time watch their kids having fun at the playgrounds. Very nice spa zone next to the sauna, I liked it a lot

LithuaniaWe got comfort twin room and it was unpleasant - no ventilation thus we had to keep window open all the time; super small shower; balcony was straight to common “outside” area which would be probably nice during summer but in mid-November we got to look at another wall and sky only; the mini fridge has a light constantly on thus had to keep covering it during night; all of the information and rules are in Polish so you had to constantly translate every sign/info from phone; the breakfast were okay, although during our last day majority of the food provided were visibly from last day. Considering the price and value it was not considerable, better to get an upgraded room.
Comfortable bed; pool and activity room great for when you are with kids; although not visible from hotel but 2minute walk to the beach.

PolandWe had an issue with the cold water on the bathroom. Water from time to time was very hot. Room was extremely noisy (we could hear how smb is taking shower or flush the toilet probably in the room on the next floor). In general OK for short stay, but does not worth the current price.

GermanyI do wish the saunas were open earlier as well. If you are taking public transportation, I recommend using the tram instead of the bus. The bus lines to the hotel are not reliable.
Very convenient to the beach and to restaurants. Beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. The saunas were very relaxing. Staff was friendly and very welcoming. The breakfast buffet was extensive and had a lot of great options.

PolandThere was a big issue with cleaning our room, every Day. When i requested cleaning the guy from the reception desk was rude and pretentious. When after cleaning dirty mugs Wasnt replaced and we were missing big towel for a baby even tough i asked for ot before specifically, guy from the reception Wasnt willing to help me and never applogised and did anything to make me feel took care for. People from the reception except maybe one lady with long hair were unpolite never smiled and didnt make a good impression. This whole incident made very bad impression on me and kind of destroyed my staying at the hotel. One more thing is elevator was for disabled People and was really loud and my son was afraid to use it and with the stroller is hard to not use it.
Location was great! 2 mins from the Beach. Food was tasty! Better in menu than for breakfast but still very good. Stuff from the restaurant and bar outside very helpful and nice!! Playground for kids outside was great and inside as well! Swimming pool really nice, Water very warm but was quite stuffy there.

We lived in Gdansk several years ago close to the park and see. So wanted to find a location close to places we lived and we stayed in this hotel. It is great located - very close to see and to the park itself. Easy to reach by car and easy to park car, clean room with everything you need, inside swimming pool which is opened till 9pm, restaurant which is open till 10pm, breakfast was included. Very nice, polite and caring personnel. I've asked for additional bathrobe for my son and got it in 5 minutes.

United KingdomWe booked a family room, for two adults and two children, on arrival there was only one double bed, we asked for them to make up the sofa bed and was asked to pay £30 per day.... we already booked a family room for 4 people? with no space for the kids to sleep, this should have been included already, no cot for the baby also. I have never had this anywhere! My kids also got woken up every morning of early hours as you can hear everyone walking past and kids running and screaming at 6/7am, resulting them being very grumpy in the day and tired, the sofa bed is very uncomfortable. At breakfast only 1 coffee machine, you have to que for at least 5/10 minutes and it would normally break by the time you got to the front

PolandI stayed with my wife and two kids for three nights. We booked through Booking.com. The place is generally bad. The only thing that saves the day is the fact that it is close to the beach. - This is supposed to be a family friendly place, yet to come to the building next to the hotel (where our room was), we had to go around the hotel through the grass with our stroller. There is no connection between both buildings, so when we go for breakfast in the morning, I have to either take the stroller by hand upstairs or go around again. - Our room was supposed to be for 2 adults + 2 children. It had a sofa bed and the bed, but guess what, clean sheets for the bed where not included in the original price, we were asked to pay 148PLN per night to receive clean sheets and an additional pillow. - Food is average, however no bacon during breakfast. - Bedroom didn't have phone to cal reception, so anything we needed we had to go personally. Definitely not recommended. If you can pay a bit more, go somewhere else.
