Our beds were not very comfortable, and made a lot of noise anytime one of tried to move to get comfortable.

The location close to the station, a market, and the city center was ideal. The receptionist was waiting for us until we arrived around 10pm, and he was super friendly. The room was cute and clean, with everything we needed.

The price is a bit high for a room with no conditioner and a small window. There were just big towels without face towels, no hairdryer, no elevator, and the air was a bit stuffy.

The location of the hotel is very good, 5 minutes from the railway station and 5-7 minutes from the historical centre. There are supermarkets nearby and a big mall. In the room, there is a kettle and cups, two beds and a table. There is a bathroom.

If you have a lot of luggage reconsider your stay because to pull all that to the 3rd floor is not easy. No hairdryer in the room but reception can borrow it upon request thought if you are staying in a different block it is not comfortable to journey around. I was staying on the 3rd floor (last floor just under the roof) and it was a very hot day, room didn’t have nor AC neither fan and window size is super small and doesnt open properly so I had zero fresh air, was dying from heat.

Great location, clean, spacious, friendly staff. If you are looking for 1 night layover, it’s worth it but not longer.

The two power sockets in room 99 on the side of the bed didn't work properly and made clicking noises when something was plugged into it. This should be looked into as a matter of priority and the socket will likely need to be replaced.

Simple single room for sleeping a few hours before catching a train. The room was larger than I expected but quite hot.

Beds were squeaky; had to move mattress onto the floor so that I could sleep. Shower had a slight leak. The blinds on the skylight let a lot of light through, and no option to open them. Windows were small and didn't allow much air in. No air con or fan - not ideal for warm months.

Quiet location, close to the old town. The room had a good amount of space. The room was clean.

When you open the first door you hit with a damp smell coming from the stairwell. once in the room it was fine. Plug sockets all seemed to be in the wrong place, or you leave your phone hanging from a socket. the room was a bit chilly in the evening couldn't adjust the radiator.

the room, which was on the ground floor, very handy for someone who 's just had her hips replaced. has every thing we needed, Kettle and coffee and tea, and a hair dryer, come and go as we pleased.

The room needs to be renovated, the walls were dirty, the beds were very squeaky, the bathroom was not quite clean, and the shower was broken.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, and the staff responded to my messages very quickly, I needed early check-in and late check-out and they helped us with that and I was very grateful. The bed and towels were clean, there was hot water in the shower.

Beds were okay, no soap in shower or shampoo/conditioner. We asked for help from the Receptionist but we got hand soap for the shower instead. Also, some rooms are in a different nearby building to reception.

The shower did not have a shower door. Everything was wet from water although I did my best to avoid it.

The 2 sigle beds rattled and could be very noisy during nights. A bit cold during winter nights (with heater on).

Very close to the main station and the old town (5-10mins), so very convenient when heading to other spots/towns (such as Wieliczka) or to the meeting points for some tours. Staffs were super kind and helpful.
