In a good location at a good price.

Reception is deep indside one building and the room is in another. Have to ring, climbe the stairs back and forth, unlock a few doors to get into the room finally. The room is outdated, furnuture is broken, towels have to be replaced, mildew in the shower, huge spiders on the walls and they do wake up in the night. And there was probably some life music event close to the hotel. It was loud but not until late.

Windowless room, instead of tv a computer screen with just one tv programme on, clogged shower floor, employees (?) in front of my door talking loud from the early morning and smoking cigarettes do the smoke was getting to the room. Very small bathroom with no space to put the cosmetics. No hair dryer.

the beds were terrible and hard, I slept on the floor. the beds creaked and the floor creaked a lot. There was no shower cream or shampoo. I only had a towel. The room had no windows so it got very hot and there was a window in the ceiling which made the noise unbearable when it rained.

Went for a stag. Was absolutely perfect to stay in as a base. Don’t expect five star, but it does exactly what it says it will and was a perfect, cheap base in an excellent location, next to everything

I messaged them to request an extra pillow and they said they may not be able to provide one as the place is full. How can a hotel not have extra pillows? Other than that it was fine for an over night stay and minutes from the train station and local attractions.

We arrived very late as our plane was late but it was no issue for the staff. I let them know we would be arriving after midnight and it was not an issue. We had a bike box and didn't realise we were staying in a separate building to the reception so carried the box up the stairs but the receptionist kindly helped my daughter with the bike box to our room. Room was basic but clean. Fine for an over night stop. We didn't have breakfast as thought price was high, especially for Poland so went to bakery around the corner. Great location

The beds were completely terrible. They were creaking so loudly that every time you move in your bed you wake up because of the sound.

Definitely rooms need some renovation,dirty walls,no table and socket by the bed, sockets by Tv falling down the walls,bad isolation from the corridor, more like a hostel

These were the creakest beds that I've ever encountered. ANY movement is insufferably loud. The room itself was not the cleanest, every door frame had spider webs on it.

The location is excellent! The main train station is in 10-15 minutes away (by foot), the old town is basically a street apart.

The location is perfect, close to the Krakow Glowny, and Old Town. The 7/24 service is very nice,.

There was a kettle & cups in the room but no tea or coffee provided so you'd need to bring your own.

Excellent central location, next to the galleria, well lit, safe area. Nice to have a proper reception desk where you collect keys from (rather than letting yourself in with a key code).

My bed could be more comfortable.

Perfect location. Quite a spacious room with a private bathroom and good heating! I wasn't cold at all! Very helpful and kind staff who let me keep my luggage after my check-out.

The comfort of the stay was hindered by creaking and uncomfortable beds. The heating system had issues – despite the staff's attempts to fix it, the warmth was inconsistent, leading to a chilly night and, unfortunately, falling ill due to the cold temperatures in the room.

Accommodation location near the train station and a short distance from Krakow's old town was convenient. The staff was helpful, and the price was reasonable.

I was sitting and waiting for my room near the reception. This guy Martin Mateusz, seeing that I was sitting across from him and hearing what he was saying, started calling on the phone and telling me that there was a crazy Ukrainian woman here, not in her right mind and started insulting me again, thinking that I didn't understand what he was saying. Then he approached two women who were also waiting for their number and started complaining to them about me. To be honest, I was really scared to stay in this hotel after that, because I started to worry about myself and my things. But these two women again reassured me and said that this is a good hotel and everything will be fine. I will love it. Unfortunately I don't know their names, but thank you very much for their support. Then the guy calmed down, but once again tried to complain to someone about me on the phone. Very mixed opinion of the hotel. All its pluses are overlapped by this terrible minus

If you enjoy smelly flightstaires, dirty walls and curtains, creaky mattresses and empty soap dispensers this place will fit you perfectly. I would comment nothing if the cost were half. Definitely for the price listed you can find better alternatives at this location.

The hotel is very central,a 5 miute walk from the historical part of the city. The place was clean and the lady in the reception was more than helpful. Ive only spent a night and a morning at the hotel but my stay was very pleasent.
