In the summer you have to sleep with open windows. There is usually quite loudly at night but this is the price of good localisation (many pubs and restaurants) and very clean Old Town (collecting bins and cleaning streets around 4am). I think air conditioning would fix this problem.

We liked cleanness and comfort. Localisation is perfect.

I’m having to be picky to find something that perhaps needs improved, but both the floor and the bathroom door were incredibly squeaky.

The location was ideal for a city break. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Excellent value for money

Being on the second floor was a bit of a struggle after a long day and no air conditioning as the room was really hot. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were nonexistent. Pretty terrible. It would of been handy to have the use of a toilet before our departure especially when our flight was late at night just to freshen up. Not much of a reception facility either when we did want to ask someone.

The location was excellent and was really good value for money. There was everything in the room that we needed. Very clean and comfortable. Pretty quiet considering we were almost 2 mins from the main square.

We went in August and it was boiling, the fan was certainly not enough to keep us cool, even if we opened the window as there was very little breeze. We were there for 6 days and our room was not cleaned, not even the rubbish was collected. Breakfast is not in the same building, it is in a restaurant across the road. It was vegan, there was very little variety, there were only four options available, no toast, no cereal, it was definitely a challenge for a family with small kids. Also the staff at the restaurant were unfriendly and not helpful at all when we asked for alternatives for the little ones. I wouldn't recommend breakfast.

Spacious room, liked the fridge and the ironing board was handy to get ready for a wedding. The location was just perfect.

Unfortunately no air con and it was 30plus and as we were on the top gloor very stuffy even with window wide and fan going. Probably lovely in cooler weather

It would be good to have the rubbish emptied each day. There was no recycling bin or large bin to empty the bins from the room. Could be quite loud at night when going to sleep but this is to be expected because of the location, not really a negative but good to know.

Very close to the main square & all amenities. The room was large and airey with plenty of towels for the bathroom, ironing board/iron & kitchenette! Plenty of toilet rolls, body/hair wash bottles. In walking distance to Rossman’s if any extra supplies are needed! The view from the front apartment was lovely, the street is extremely clean. Last time I stayed in the back room but that view was also nice.

Everything was good.

Close to the main square in the old town. Clean apartment, good shower and bed comfortable enough. The apartment came with fridge which was nice and cold, a kettle and a microwave. It also had a fan which came in handy. Check in was handy - just go into the bike shop. Those guys run the apartments. Would stay again.

The room was in an excellent location close to the main square. It was very quiet, clean and comfortable. Air conditioning could help and another big mirror on the wall however these are minor details as we had a very enjoyable stay at the guest rooms and would return

It would be very nice if there was an air condition, as August was very warm and the fan wasn't enough, but still it was a good choice for us.

Only drawback that we can think of is that though they advertised they have parking that unfortunately is not the case. The parking was about 500 meters away and when traveling with motorcycles like we are that was a minor nuisance

The bedding. The sheets weren’t large enough for the bed and kept creeping up every time we moved. We also had two single duvets on a double bed which was bazaar.

The internet did not work. It hets very hot in summer, even with the windows open, and it is very noisy during weekends due to pubs and turism. It needs air conditioning in the summer, so at least the windows can be kept close.

Very comfortable beds! Super location & it was very nice of them sending proper information on how to find the place as GPS tends to go crazy in that area. If anyone is looking to get a place that’s right in the centre, then it’s a perfect place for you! Loved our stay!

There is no air conditioning, which made some nights very uncomfortable. The curtains are very sheer and the sheets kept slipping off the mattress during the night, as if they didn’t fit the mattress.

The location was incredible—just one minute away from the old part of Krakow. My room was very clean and I liked having a kitchenette. I also liked the bathroom in my room. The host was very pleasant and helpful.
