- I would have liked some additional toiletries, as there was just a hand soap in the bathroom, and arriving late from the airport we didn't have a chance to buy the missing shampoo.. - There was 5 or 6 small decorative cushions on the bed instead of bigger sleeping pillows which can be a problem for someone who likes a large pillow. Some of these extra pillows had to be placed around the room over night, stealing precious space on the chairs/flat surfaces (the room is small). - There was no nightstands, just a little flat table (with no storage) on one side of the bed, which can be a discomfort for someone who likes to keep their personal items or the phone charging near the bed whilst they sleep. - There was no curtains, just over the glass blinds in the windows, which might be a problem for someone who needs complete darkness to sleep well. - To reach the entrance to the block one must enter a main staircase, go up some stairs, then leave the building going down some stairs, and re-enter again from sort of a courtyard with another flight of stairs.

I liked that the property was modern, looked clean, smelled nice, the bed was comfortable. There was a dishwasher, an espresso coffee machine and an iron. I liked the self check-in, as we arrived very late. The apartment was quiet and it was located very close to the Main Train Station of Krakow, which was just what we needed. The address was also very easy to find. Near the accommodation, on the same street, there were a few cafeterias opened from early morning where to have a breakfast (as the accommodation does not offer it).

Communication with owner was great and extremely fast! Something happened in the bathroom before my check-in so the owner changed my apartment for better and bigger one. The provided apartment was so stylish, clean and comfortable! It was completely renovated, everything was just perfect! Location is 5 minutes walk to mail railway and bus stations.

The apartment is compact but luxurious. Quiet and conveniently located very near the bus and train stations. Krakow has a modern feel and this apartment is attractively decorated in a modern way and very comfortable. The shower also looks and feels brand new. I would certainly stay again when I next come to Krakow.

The apartment is super fresh. It's got everything required, even the dishwasher. The AC cools well and it's quiet. It's quiet in the apartment as the building isn't located on the road. It's 5 min walk from the train station. The self check in instructions are straightforward. The host is super nice and helpful. I arrived to Krakow early in the morning, the host kindly let me have an early check in.

Too bad private parking was not available, but that's the situation in the entire area and we knew about it, so not really a minus. In the end, the public street parking turned out to be better and even cheaper than we expected.

Before we arrived, the owner gave us information on how to access the room using an app which was seamless and worked perfectly, plus we never had to make appointments on when to meet for check-in and check-out. The room looked exactly as in the pictures, with a nice quiet balcony facing the courtyard. It was clean, with great amenities and enough towels/duvets/blankets/pillows to suit anyone. It's situated in a completely new building, which was furnished in a very stylish, classical Krakow-inspired way. The location was great, just the right distance from the center, on a nice street with quieter traffic. Major city bus and trams stops just a short walk away. Corner shops, restaurants and cafes basically everywhere.

Exceptional. Very comfortable cosy and convenient for everything. The owner was brilliant with immediate responses to any questions and she put herself out to allow us into the apartment early after we had had a very early arrival. Highly recommended.. do not hesitate to book it.
