On the first day, the jacuzzi water was cold, and on the second day, there wasn’t enough water, which splashed everywhere. Since the hotel was hosting an unsupervised group of youths, the kids splashed most of the water out of the jacuzzi onto the floor. It's a shame we couldn’t peacefully enjoy this part of the hotel.

We really like this hotel, which has a restaurant that serves delicious meals. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are nice. It's also a great base for exploring the area and going on mountain trips.

Most of the staff sadly lacked a friendly manner. They were efficient and competent but didn't make us feel very welcome. This was not the case for all of the staff. Two staff stood out as having excellent customer service unfortunately we didn't get their names. One was on reception in the evening, blonde hair and a helpful friendly manner. She went out of her way to locate a box of tissues for me. The other very good member of staff was the man in the restaurant who wore glasses and black gloves. Both were a credit to the hotel. The location would be ideal if you had use of a car. If relying on public transport /taxis it was a bit of a struggle since it's not near any shops or restaurants to walk to.

Very clean and mostly of the staff very friendly. Only the guy during checkout could be a bit more friendly. Convenient location to visit Energylandia when you are with a car.

I requested vegan options for breakfast and the staff member was not informed about it, however some options have been delivered and satisfied our needs.

Hotel is perfect. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. Service very nice and feiendly. Breakfast vary tasty and briliant coffee! In this price range is not easy to get this sort of hotel. I could go there with family and spend longer time. I am very pleased with the quality of the hotel and service. I recommend to everyone who like high standard and don't like to overpay. Some hotels which cost three times more are not so good like this one. Highly recommend!

All was great :))

When we arrived late in the evening with our child, we were greeted by super helpful staff at the reception. We got a quiet room, much more spacious than we are used to, with extra kids bed and large, comfortable king bed for us. Bathroom was like brand new, seemed to be recently remodelled. Overall spotlessly clean! Big plus for the restaurant downstairs (Champs - very tasty mix of American & Polish cuisine, highly recommended), which stayed open until late so we could eat late dinner (after 22:00).

The MOST HORRIBLE night in my life. There was a DISCO and a MARRIAGE at the hotel! AS A RESULT: the children fell asleep at about 2 a.m. My wife and I didn`t sleep at all! My room was right above the disco. The walls and the floor were trembling becuase of loud music till 5 a.m.! There was as loud in my room, as if I had turned the music it the room. Disco started at 10 p.m. When I asked to provide my a quite room, becauese it was horrible to stay inside - I was denied. In the morning the hotel refused to pay compensation.
