Room was a bit small and was dark. The hotel has small windows and is surrounded by trees. The furniture is dark wood which adds to the darkness in the room. Pillows a bit flat. Would prefer a higher bed

Friendly and efficient staff. Free car parking. Ample and good quality buffet breakfast in comfortable surroundings. Good choice of food. We ate in the hotel restaurant for one night and it was excellent and good value. Good choice of dishes. Aircon in room quiet and efficient. Mini bar in room with space for own items. Very clean throughout hotel and in the room. Good Internet speeds. 10 minute walk into the city so close to everything but quiet surroundings.

Everything was good. As the hotel is a historical building it does not have a lift, so anyone with mobility issues should book a ground floor room.

The location of the hotel in a city centre park is lovely for a city break. The room was clean and well furnished but a little on the small side. The staff were friendly and helpful. Dinners in the restaurant were very good and there was a good choice at breakfast time.

The room was definitely a little bit worn down, but that was to be expected considering the age of the hotel.

The location is excellent, it was absolutely wonderful to stay in the middle of a park instead of a bustling street. Parking was supremely easy. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was also very, very good.

Amazing experience after 2 nights stay in Park Hotel. Very cozy SPA area, clean and nice rooms and very good breakfasts! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is uncomparable since you are in the city centre and in the middle of the park at the same time. Highly recommended!

We very much enjoyed our stay in this hotel as a stopover from the Baltic. The city does not have incredibly lot to see for tourists and night sets early beginning of January - the Spa is a welcome distraction, a bit dated, but the water in the swimming pool was comfortably warm. Rooms are nice, location inside the park was convenient ... breakfast was good, but some cards - especially at the salads - showing the contents/name would be helpful.

Rooms are not the same as in the pictures. We booked a double room and ended up in a room similar to the single rooms on booking.com pictures. Staff said those rooms were used for both single and double occupancy, which is weird. We finally managed to get another, slightly bigger room, but not the same as in booking.com pictures. We were here a couple of months ago already, first time we got a big room, last time a smaller one. Just be aware all rooms are not the same.
