Didn't get a chance to use the pool but if looked great.

The rooms were great. Location is good not far from city centre. Paid parking on site. The breakfast was Amazing ! The kids loved that there was a kids place to relax and play games.

The hotel does not have an EV charger, regardless of whether they state so on booking. Luckily, I've found one just 200m away, but it's pure luck. How one can claim to care about the environment by even reducing single-use plastics when they can't arrange a few AC chargers in this huge 2ha+ parking lot is beyond me.

It was a nice silent room with typical Novotel quality and a lovely restaurant. We also enjoyed the pool, there were no people there in the morning at all. Amazing breakfast!

two days in a row the hot tub failed/broke and there wasn’t anyone available to fix it. It was later in the evening but given that the hot tub was prone to failing and of course people coming in from town would want a late evening soak they should have had a technical person available.

great location especially with easy parking in a secure above ground parking lot, unlike other hotels with tight underground car parks. It is paid parking but not unreasonable and worth it for a stress free stay with windows closed it’s quiet. working aircon. nice enough room and absolutely acceptable. Small bathroom but not a deal breaker. Based on the reviews I had expected worse but was satisfied. Has a swimming pool and a hot tub (but see below) Breakfast is free for children so overall fair value for a family. Good enough breakfast. great staff. especially breakfast staff. pleasant, welcoming. and helpful.

Modern hotel. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Sauna and pool with free access is a plus. Location 10 min walk from center. Highly recommend.

Room quite good. Breakfast was fantastic for me as health food lover. Was able to make juice of carrots, apples, cucumbers and other vegetables. And for kids breakfast fantastic because they were able to make two tipes of pancakes by themselves. Here is swimming pool and jacuzzi what after long drive was so helpful. I really recommend to stay here

The shower was not good enough due to a quite weak stream of water, not what you would expect in 4 stars hotel. The gym was poor, with a bad smell and lacking the most basic features

Bed comfort was incredible, I liked the free fresh water and soap and shampoo. Breakfast was good. A very large set of towels and bathrobes. Jacuzzi and swimming pool good.

nothing, everything was great

we liked great rooms and comfy beds. We had dinner when arrived, shef did. very nice meals burger, prawn and soups, everything was very tasty and great. Kids went to spa area, had a swin and spent so me time in jacuzzi. Highly recommed to everyone, great value for money

Not comfortable - bed linen and mattress. It seems old hotel. We oder the room. But nobody said, that if you want the slips or bathrobe for pool, you have to oder the better room. In standart room there are'nt slips and bathrobe. And strange - you can't buy them in reception.

The bed was too small for two people. Also, the water flow in the sink and shower needs some attention. The drainage was slow, causing water to pool and take a long time to clear.

They have an online roomserve, which apparently doesn't work that well. I had to call after a bit of waiting, and the person on the other line said: "sometimes the online service doesn't alert us properly'.. so. they should definitely look into that, and otherwise just NOT offer it A slight annoyance, but I'm sure they can easily fix that in the future.

A very nice room, clean as can be, breakfast was good and you are within a 10 to 15 min walk from the city center. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever.

A/c and blankets were unbalanced, got hot really quickly under the blankets, after took them off a/c was really strong and got sore throat after that.

Really nice staff, very friendly. Got some gifts since it was our honeymoon. Amazing location too.

I had questions via chat on Booking for which I didn't get any reply. It was regarding the possibility of using a laundry room or recommendations for it.

The bed was comfortable and I got everything I needed. Nice to also have a mini fridge available and the pool.

The room was rather small, most of the place was occupied with beds. The TV had only a few channels.

The location is great - quite a calm zone, but close the the city center. Cozy and clean room, filled with everything upon the first need. Exceptional breakfast with a playzone for kids.
