Natalia was an amazing host with great communication both before, during and after our stay. I can't wait to go back to Krakow and stay again at these apartments. Only 8 mins walk to the main square. Superb apartment with superb staff! Very clean and smelt amazing Kitchen area well presented with plenty of accessories(coffee machine and milk frother a personal favourite) Host was very helpful and easily contactable Lots of little extra touches made it very pleasant and seems the host had thought of pretty much all scenarios for visiting tourists (umbrellas, lint rollers and a wide variety of tea and coffee to name a few)

There was nothing we didn’t like.

The apartment was beautiful. It was in a great location, was clean, comfortable and had everything we could have wanted and more. Patrycja went above and beyond in ensuring we enjoyed our stay. She helped us organise our trip to Auschwitz-Birkenau which went smoothly and even provided recommendations for restaurants, bars and sights to see.

Probably the nicest apartment I've ever stayed in! It lacked nothing! Even offered toothpaste if you forgot yours. New, comfortable, quiet, spacious and Patricia (I apologize for misspelling her name) was terrific! Upon check in she offered many suggestions - with a map - as to what to do in Kraków. I will be back!

The apartment was beautiful and clean with lots of finishing touches like toiletries, tissues, fruit, water, and local fudge. The bed was comfortable with lovely soft sheets. It had everything you needed. The host was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We could walk everywhere we needed to be within a few minutes.

I can't think of anything that could be improved!

Our host met us to handover the keys and to take us through the facilities in the apartment. She was extremely friendly and helpful as well as providing us with a map with various cafes and restaurants marked on it. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and very well appointed. We wanted for absolutely nothing and more things were provided than we were expecting. The location just outside the Old Town is ideal plus there are tram stops within a 5 minute walk. Out of all of the places we have rented for holidays - this is the best one we have ever stayed in and a credit to the owner who seems to have thought of just about everything!

Easily the best apartment we have ever been to until now. Super friendly host who presented the place personally and gave recommendations. The place is beautiful, clean, disinfected, and amenities were provided like in a 5-star hotel. I will never ever look for any other place if I visit Krakow again.

A perfect accommodation: super clean, spacious, fully equipped, artistic decoration, central location. Everything works perfectly, and has everything I could expect prepared (even various types of Polish tea and coffee). The host Patrycja is so nice that she prepared a map with all her local recommendations, and walked me through all categories like breakfast, bars, traditional polish food etc.. Definitely 10/10 and we’re looking forward to coming back again ♥️

The only thing I didn't like was that there was no lift and we were 2 floors up. So may not be suitable for someone in a wheelchair or if you have mobility issues. The building is very old so it is understandable why there is no lift.

The super friendly host met us at the apartment to hand over the keys. We were early so the apartment wasn't ready yet. However, we were allowed to leave our luggage there and go exploring. The apartment was stunning! So worth the money. I didn't want to leave it. They left shampoos, hair dryer, towels, queue tips, cotton wool, iron, teas, coffees, first aid kit etc... There was a ceiling fan and aircon which saved us on the hot summer days. Only a 7 min walk from the main train station and a 10 min walk from Old Town roughly. There is a 24hr Carrefour shop on the street corner. Staying here was a real treat. The host was super kind and was on call to help with anything!

My only small complaint would be the duvet on the bed could have been bigger. The lack of a lift to the 2nd floor wasn’t a problem to us.

It was spotlessly clean and had everything we required. The host was delightful and on site and allowed an early bag drop. The location was close to the railway station and across the park from the main square.

Extremely clean, modern, comfortable apartment in an excellent location for Krakow Old Town. Everything was included in the apartment, really felt like home. Hostess was very helpful and provided lots of information to make our stay special and allowed us to keep our luggage at the location after checking out and met us later to pick up.
