We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

the hotel was in good location to the place we wanted to visit. Staff was nice and food in restaurant was really tasty. Room was spacious and clean. Great breakfast and nice strong coffee.

Very quite area. Perfect for people who prefere peace and goooood sleep. Near is public transport. 20-30 min by walking you can find nice restaurants, bars, cafe. Huge bed and shower, big room in general. Stuff is friendly. Very pleasent stay! 🤩

United KingdomEverything was perfect; the only thing we would say is TV was too small to the size of the room (if you want to watch it from the bed) and would be convenient to have bathrobe in the room when using sauna. The hotel is in the process of adding more SPA facilities, so I hoping bathrobes will be provided in the near future
Spacious room and great size bathroom-wet room. Excellent service and food in the restaurant. Sauna for exclusive use is a great bonus.

CroatiaI didnt understand the policy of having to leave the tables at 23.00 (i think it was) as they have to prepare the facilities for breakfast. Ok I even understand the policy of bar closing at a certain time but they should at least keep one part of the restaurant/bar/lobby area open for hotel guests that wish to remain there and finish up their drinks.
Good breakfast. Also a very good bar, but the best was the Steak & Grill restaurant, the best food we had in Poznan.
