Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

This is a beautiful apartment, well finished and spotlessly clean, the coffee was a very nice touch too. The building and the locality is really very modern, and very well looked after. The views from the 10th floor across Krakow are breathtaking, and can be enjoyed from the comfortable seats on the balcony. This apartment is probably the best that I have stayed in…ever! And incredibly good value for money too! There is a Carrefour right by the entrance to the building which is really convenient.

NetherlandsSuper nice and very helpful owner. Beautiful modern apartment with great terrace and all you need for comfortable stay. Close to Wisla river - perfect for a walk that can take you all the way to Wawel castle. Alternatively, it is less then 5 minutes walking to tram stop from where you will get to the city center in no time.

SlovakiaThe only negative I could think of is that the bed for 2 people in our apartment should be little bit wider.
Modern apartment equiped with all appliances (fridge, freezer, electric kettle, induction cooker, dish washer), also air conditioning and bidet. Also parking place available in underground garage which is great. Public transport within 5 minutes of walk, supermarket within 2 minutes. Owner is really friendly and helpfull and provided us all the information about check-in also with photos.

United Arab EmiratesThe Host cares a lot about all the small details like providing detailed instruction on how to reach and get into the building & apartment. The host constantly connects with us making sure we were comfortable and happy. We loved the clean, smart & contemporary interiors, we liked that there were some coffee, tea, salt and paper. there were clothes and dishwasher soaps which we thought that the host was very considerable. More conveniently, a small super market, Carrefour express was right under the building which made our stay so easy. The neighbourhood was so nice and quite, so we sat in the balcony to watch the sunset with nice hot tea and cute fairy lights the host kept for us there in the terries. There was a car garage which we could have used but we did not need as we were lucky enough to find parking space just outside the building.

UkraineHoly smokes, folks! I just had the wildest stay at Apartament Mateo Inn in Krakow. This place is off the chain! The fourth-floor apartment had everything I needed, from a fully-equipped kitchen to a washing machine and even free toiletries. And don't even get me started on the location - within walking distance to the Main Market Square and the Kazimierz Jewish District? You can't beat that! But that's not all, folks. This place is like a dream come true for convenience freaks like myself. I'm talking private parking, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and even an airport transfer service. It's like they read my mind and gave me everything I wanted. And let's not forget about the host, Matteo. This guy is the real deal. He made sure I had everything I needed and was super friendly and accommodating. You can tell he really cares about his guests. Overall, if you're looking for an epic stay in Krakow, look no further than Apartament Mateo Inn. It's like a little slice of heaven in the heart of the city.

Czech RepublicThe only problem was the drilling in the neighbours rooms because the whole building is new and in reconstruction still, but it's not the fault of the apartment and little minus I'm giving for the dust under the bed. The rest was very above the standards.
Very friendly personal, good price compared to the service we had, very beautiful view to the city and the apartment was cozy. I will definitely visit this one again and I can personally recommend.

NetherlandsWell… let s hope this was indeed a one off occasion but on the Saturday night there was the persistent thump of a disco or night club some distance away, continuing into the morning.the host assured us this was to do with a party on that date in all of Krakau, and indeed it was very quiet all the other night. And just a very minor thing in an otherwise spotlessly clean flat: the underside of the cupboards above the stove was a bit sticky, just needs a vigorous clean.
Comfortable, well equipped flat in a nice and quiet residential area, 20 mins walk from Centre by a very easy to find road and 20 minutes to Kazimierz along the Vistula. Safe parking spot, large balcony ( on the sixth floor, so with a lot of privacy) and the host is very helpful and forthcoming with everything. There were also some supplies, e.g. bottled water
