I have booked a triple room but one bed mattress was horrible! I did not get any sleep all night. It was so worn out that I sank in the middle.

It is not the first time I have stayed in this hotel with my family. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean and near the A2 motorway which was very convenient for us.

The room was not aired a long time before my arrival, Uncomfortable mattress. Big noise from the street. Old towel with rupture. Do not recommend, the price does not correspond the value.

Close to the highway, easy to find, enough parking places. Friendly staff on reception.

The pillow was uncomfortable. The decor is staring to age. The towel rack is rusting away. Can not make your own drinks in the room, however, the bottled water is provided. The walls are paper thin...so thin that you can clearly hear every word spoken in the room right next to you. In fact, you can probably join in with the discussion. The hotel could really do with a better maintenance as the lights above the stairs were not working either so it was very easy to miss a step. Also, there are no night time curtains, so it is never dark in the room. No air conditioning and the motorway is too noisy to open the window.

The room was very clean and tidy. Staff were friendly. Was easy to park my car overnight. The cost of the room is reasonable.

There were technical problems with one room, the receptionist solved the problem very quickly and offered another room, which was great, but the bed was quite uncomfortable.

The best part is the location, very near the highway. The people who work there were very kind and helpful, handled challenging situations very well. The breakfast was also amazing, with great variety and attention to detail.

Very convenient location a couple of kilometres off motorway, great parking. Building modern and unexceptional but staff were great and breakfast generous and fresh. Room a bit austere but not real complaints.

The check in process was smooth and the receptionist was very welcoming. The room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast options were fantastic.

Called to ask where to park, receptionist said she spoke English but didn't understand the question "where can we park our car?" She hung up on me twice. Also, they accept only cash payments for facilities but didn't know where the closest cash machine was (I found it 3 minutes walk away)

It is a weird place, almost funny. The rooms are small but mine had very very loud wallpaper. My colleague had plain wallpaper, but the room smelt of mould. The bed was lumpy. There is a big sign saying Hotel/ Restaurant , but when I went down for dinner, the restaurant was already closed. The next day I had lunch, after 10 ,imutes the receptionist turned up with a menu. The food was good. Basically it is a hotel, but another hotel will surely be better.

Not very clean, bed uncomfortable, I had a room with 2 beds and 1 didn't have sheets or blanket, only 1 small-ish towel, 1 pillow for 2 beds, I went by myself but im my experience, the expectation when you go to a room with 2 beds is that both are ready and prepared. 1 of the power outlets ( the one next to the bed) was coming out of the wall. The location is good, they should enhance the experience.
