Well, breakfast was not great, not a lot of choice and no proper utensiles to grab boiled eggs or salads... forks and spoons are not designed for that and the food ends up rather on the table than on the plate. Also, too many large tables where only 1 guest would sit (rather have more tables for 2 than for 6.

Very clean room, smelled really nice! Towels, drinking water, hair dryer, and working wifi. The cleaning personnel respected my choice of not cleaning my room as requested. The location is very convenient as well, the receptionists very nice and speaking very good English!

One coffee machine and one juice dispenser. No fan or air conditioner so u have to open the windows and you hear everything from outside. Hard to sleep.

Entering the hotel through a haze of cigarette smoke.

Large choice of food for breakfast. The personal choice of having the room made up or not thus avoiding unnecessary cleaning, bedmaking and towel changing. However, there is an automated process for doing this after 3 nights, which in our case was very silly as we left after the 4th night! The location is at the bottom end of Rynek, the main city square. There is nearby pay parking in Plac Nowy Tag. The best option is the weekly ticket which allows 7 days secure parking with enter/exit as you choose. The hotel does NOT have its own parking.

It feels like staying in a college dorm room. We had requested two-person rooms (Husband and Wife). They booked us in room 301, which has a small single bed. It took a while to correct the mistake and charge extra.

The location was very good, near the main sights yet far enough away to be quiet. The room was fine with no issues. Breakfast was what we expected - cheese, cold meats, scrambled eggs, sausages etc.

I would have liked a minibar/minifridge in the room for cold drinks and also the breakfast buffet was a rather scarse with no variety between days - atleast add some fresh fruits!

The hotel looks a bit dated, but it's still very comfortable.

The breakfast was great and the hotel staff were also very friendly. The room was very spacious and everything looked clean. The location of the hotel is perfect, it's a short walk to the city center and mall.

The shower pressure was not good at all and gap between sliding doors so had to be careful not to squirt water everywhere Breakfast was just about adequate but definitely missed not having a toaster

The hotel was lovely, the staff were welcoming, were helpful and always there. The room was sooo spacious and worth the value, the beds were comfy the bathroom was spotless. The breakfast was great lots to choose from. The location was amazing right in the centre of town and also near transport as well. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family and other travellers.

The room cleaning service has to be improved. The sheets were not that clean. Once we had room cleaning and the sheets were not changed. Would have preferred cleaner sheets. (Then on the Monday we were there, the room cleaning was excellent...a huge improvement). On Easter Monday there was no notice that breakfast was at 8am, unlike the information we were given 7am). Better communication would have been more appropriate.

Location was excellent and not situated in a noisy street. Breakfast was very good with a range of choice. Staff were always polite and helpful. Comfortable bed and good wifi too. Water was given on those days we had room cleaning service.

The shower was a bit snug and a bigger person might have trouble actually washing themselves after closing the shower doors. Do not expect quiet nights, the streets surrounding the hotel are very busy all the time (obviously not the hotel's fault).

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was on a smaller size but perfectly comfortable. The location is just perfect for traveling the city on foot and using public transport. Breakfast was okay.

The bathroom was so so. Quite old and not enough space to put all the stuff. If you are tall, you might struggle with the blankets as they are 180 cm long. This was to short for me, so I had to get another one from reception and use one for my feet and legs, the other one for the upper body.

Very nice location in the Wroclaw center. Our room was on the courtyard side, thus very quiet. The breakfast offered enough options. People at the reception were very helpful.
