Duvet cover was smaller than the king size bed. We asked for a larger one but we're told it was the only size available.

Location was really good; you can get the most important places by walking in the downtown (1-2 km). The breakfast was nice, very varied! The room was comfortable to rest at the end of the day (night)

There was a small issue with the key, but it was resolved very quickly. The service is good!

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel! I booked a room with a double bed and I was really satisfied with it. The room was comfortable, light and clean. There were curtains on the window so you could hide from the sunlight. The bathroom was clean and quite spacious. I liked the mattress and pillows, very comfy. The receptionist was nice and polite, helped me numerous times. I liked the location too, it was perfect! And air conditioning, fast WiFi and elevator are great bonuses for sure!

The beds were quite low but that wasn't a big problem

Everything was as expected. Nothing spectacular. Breakfast was fine, mostly not to our taste but there was plenty that was. It wasn't expensive, no complaints at all.

We got a room on a rooftop, it had a very nice design, and an interesting (a bit unique but in a positive sense) view from the window. Hotel has a luggage storage room. Staff was nice and helped us with getting a taxi on a busy day even hours after we checked out.

Fantastic staff, very helpful and friendly. Arranged for a packed lunch to be taken on an early morning trip as it meant we missed breakfast at the hotel. Nothing too much trouble. Rooms large and very clean and tidy. Breakfast on our second morning superb! So much choice and again the staff always had a smile on their faces. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone going Krakow. Location is around a 15 minute walk to the main square in Krakow. A beautiful city. lots to see and do, lots of history.

Close to train station Krakow Grzegorzki. Good breakfast. Kind and helpful staff. Beautiful Synagouge was 3 buildings away. Kazimierz area, 7 minutes walking distance from the main square in Krakow

Lovely quite hotel in the jewish district. Comfortable clean with good breakfast. Room cleaned daily,great shower,spacious room,great value .Lots of quirky restaurants pubs and shops in this area and 10 min walk to old town.

Everything was perfect

This is my first time staying in this hotel but I've stayed in the other Hotel Kazimierez nearby belonging to the same chain many times. This hotel lived up to expectations and I highly recommend it. Wonderful breakfast, perfect location, great staff and the rooms are immaculate. Thoroughly enjoyable experience and I'm looking forward to returning
