Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe bathroom was not very well equipped. To have a modern apartment that just has a bath and no shower is rather poor. There was a showerhead on the bath taps but you couldn't use it as there is no shower curtain mounted so water would go everywhere. The TV was also not hooked up properly. The coaxial cable coming out of the wall had no connector on it and so couldn't be plugged in. I could use Netflix and Youtube just fine on the Wifi, but no actual TV channels. If the bath and TV situation were rectified I would take this apartment again in a heartbeat !
Great location just off the main Dluga, Zabka shop nearby. Fantastic amount of space and a well equipped kitchen. Found the apartment very clean and very warm. Instructions for arrival were very clear with all codes matching and keys in the lockbox outside.

LithuaniaThe bed is broken. Attach a photo. The discomfort of the bed made it difficult to fall asleep. The apartment smelled of sewer. We tried to ventilate but failed. Toilet lid bought too small :). The upper shower head is broken. The apartment was cold, but that’s probably because of the age of the house.
The location is very good, 30 meters from the river. There are very good restaurants and cafés nearby, such as Drukarnia Café and Ducha66. The apartment has the necessary tools and equipment to prepare breakfast.

United KingdomWas shown pictures of the apartment before going this was not the apartment we got . Mould on walls in bathroom and bedrooms plus round windows . Did not have any hot water on first day when its -2 you want a hot shower . Recieved a message to say Was new boiler and just to wait ! Well some one should have been in to check and ran water through the system.before are arrival. We are not wanting to wait around in apartment all day when you are there for a city break you want to explore the city and surroundings All plates were chipped cutlery look dirty thick dust on curtains. Hair dryer was the smallest one ever. So ladies take your own. Pillows were shocking in all beds. Got picture but will not allow me to load these .

United KingdomSmall thing needed to add some new bowls. Only one. And the remote control on the TV did not work. There are 54 steps up to the flat so would not recommend it for any one with mobility issues.
Excellent location with easy access to the old town and Christmas Market. Easy walk to the War museum and Solidarity Museum. On a quite street with little traffic. There was a local market near by with wonderful sausage, hams, bread and fruits. We were there for a concert which was wonderful. Lovely walks on the evening with all the lights, great places to eat too.

SwedenThe sofa bed was a disaster with only a 4cm thick mattress . Very bad to sleep on. Not even a proper mattress more like a cover. There was only a Single/small sheet provided for the sofa bed and it didn't even cover the matress. Shower/bath was poor as it smell damp and mold. The ventilation didn't work. I sent message a photo to host same day we arrived but no reply. Last day of our stay was so hot and a pain the aircon didn't work.
The property is in a good location but noisy. It was clean and nicely decorated. Good layout.
