Unfortunately could not operate the TV. The breakfast was not as good as the previous two times, less choice. But plenty of food, so would not go hungry!!

The matresses and the pillow are not so comfy, a bit too soft and my pillow in particular was too flustered.

Big nice room and bathroom. The continental breakfast offers a great variety of food. I'd suggest to add croissants and maybe a little bit more choice of cakes for those people who are not used to having salty breakfast. And it would be fantastic to have espresso or cappuccino, since the Hotel has its own bar. The only choice is between black coffee or tea.

There is actually only one downside, but it's a big one. The bed is positioned against a corner of a wall, so I couldn't place my pillow against a wall or a hard surface. As a result, my head had little support and I slept quite poorly.

The hotel is located near the Old Town, making it a good base for exploring Krakow. The single room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The breakfast was not very extensive, but certainly sufficient. The value for money is excellent!

Very British thing I know, but kettle in the room would be nice as would a fridge but we knew this before booking so it has not been reflected in our grading. Super place to stay.

We didn't get the safety box open until the last day despite of many reguests. Breakfast was very slim for the multi allergenic person.

Big room near to old town. "Makeup" table at the room was a nice surpsice. :)

Squeaky floorboards, no tea/ coffee making facilities

Clean, spacious room,with 2 single beds, and a tv, with a desk& chair. brilliant shower in bathroom. The only thing was the floorboards were a little squeaky. Breakfast was down to the bottom of the building, basically the basement. It's was nice, for a 2/3 star establishment, it was plentiful.

The walls were very thin we had a few very loud girls in the room next door who kept us awake past 3am this spoilt the holiday as we were pretty tired

We overall had a great experience here. The property is near a park and an entrance to the city walls. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is great, and the hotel even arranged a takeaway breakfast for us at the last minute, after a day trip got changed to having an early start.

I always expect a kettle in the room, but there wasn't, but tea was available to buy in the cafe downstairs. Quite noisy, could hear the people in the next room.

90% of staff were so friendly but a staff member at breakfast was very rude and unfriendly .. hotel basic but has everything you need and excellent location

A very rude local elderly lady who bellowed at me in polish because an interior door did not close behind me!? Really nasty and not necessary. That was my leaving property experience😞
