This doesn't really concern the accommodation, but the location where it is situated has a poor phone signal (at least with our operator).

Everything was great. We contacted the host to inform her that we would be arriving late unexpectedly. Everything was arranged so that we could easily enter the house and our room at night without any issues. The room itself was clean and tidy, with everything we needed available—towels and soap in the bathroom, dishes, and a kettle in the kitchen area. In the morning, a buffet-style breakfast was available—a wide variety, abundant, and everything was delicious. We met the host in the morning, and I can only say the best about her—kind, helpful 😉 We've already agreed that we will come again.

I liked everything. The location is excellent, close to tourist spots, spas, and places with local delicious food. The room was clean, and surprisingly, the breakfast was great, with always something interesting to find. There are common areas for relaxation, including table tennis. The hostess was very friendly and attentive, checking in on each guest daily and helping with plans for the day. She recommended some great spots for us to explore.

Location. We had a car, so it took not more then 15 min to get to all the places we've planned to visit. The host. Pani Kacia ( if I spell it right) was really warm and caring. Always there during breakfast.

Very accommodating host. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is a bit further from the city center but has free parking, so for us visiting with a car it was a perfect combination.

The room was very cozy, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very delicious and had a large selection. Also, the location is very convienent and quite. Staff was wonderful and could be an example for other places I've stayed. They were really helpfull with all the questions and problems. I recommend it 100%.

The hotel is 15 minutes by car from the city center. I chose this place only because in the information about the hotel it was written - charging for an electric car. What we end up with: we arrived at the hotel and found that EVERYTHING was CLOSED. We were shocked. We already wanted to leave, but decided to knock on the windows. After 5 minutes, an incomprehensible woman appeared who did not speak English, she made a call and another woman came. She said that she was afraid that the cars might catch fire from the electric charger and that the charger was actually in another hotel. At that moment I wanted to call her an ambulance. Well, it’s clear that this is just a lie on her part. EVERYTHING in this placement is inadequate! It's VERY cold inside the house, the radiators don't work. The bathroom is very small, there is nothing in it: no glasses for a toothbrush, no shower holder, no shampoo stand, no shelves for things, for three people there were two small tubes of shower gel and two pieces of soap, 3 old washed towels - that's all it was lying on the toilet. Instead of a sheet, there was a large towel on the bed, which was impossible to sleep on, very unpleasant. The room has a small kitchen and a kettle, but not a single tea bag. There is very high audibility: when people walk on the second floor it is unbearable, dust even falls from the ceiling, when they pour water - you can hear it all in the bedroom. Any movement of people on the second floor or behind the wall can be heard. I regretted a hundred times that I didn’t take a hotel in a city with walking distance to the main tourist street; I didn’t have to rely on the “availability” of charging. Don't believe what the ad says. It's not worth 100€ per night, it's very bad. Honestly, I would like to get my money back for all the inconvenience I experienced. The breakfast was tasteless, the dining room smelled bad and was incredibly cold.
