Alexksandra (Ola?) was so friendly and gave me a great first impression of Poznan. The hotel was really clean and the room was very spacious. It had everything I needed. We were so lucky to get an upgraded and it was a nice surprise. All the staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in, and Ola is the best among them. I think I know why this hotel is in the Michelin Guide. Highly recommended.

Everything was really great! Just little things: Couch was a bit dirty, but it’s understandable that you don’t change piece of furniture after every client in places that are not fancy hotels. An apartment was beautiful, but a little dark. Which was very atmospheric, but it was hard to do my make up and we came for a concert!:) I think it would be great if there was a little mirror in a bathroom that you can take to the desk to get ready in a day light. We were an hour after our room should be ready and we still needed to wait because previous guests made a lot of mess. And we were in a hurry. But people from the stuff were great. They offered us coffee in a restaurant while waiting, longer stay and complimentary breakfast for free, so we felt taken care of.

I love coming back to Ilonn Boutique everytime I'm in Poznan. With friendly staff - Ola and Piotr, it feels like coming back home. It is clean, quiet and quaint here. Easy parking makes things all the better.

Absolutely nothing!

1. Spacious, exceptionally well arranged apartment in terms of both aesthetics and functionality. The room was spacious enough for free movement and easy access; 2. Professional and friendly staff, especially Aleksandra - receptionist at the front desk for a professional, friendly and meticulous assistance during my stay; 3. Delicious dining; 4. Pricing - Ilonn is a bang for buck, a wonderful bargain in terms of price to comfort ratio.

Stains on the coffee table in the room and some equipment that's missing e.g. coffee mugs that fit in the coffee machine (there were glasses in the room, but they were too big to fit under it). But...those are details, the experience was A+

Very convenient accommodation and self check in. Nice and modern and warm room. Very comfy beds. There is a kitchenette inside and a minibar included in price. Everything what was inside the room, were very well planned (starting from lights switches, heaters, warm floors in the bathroom to wine glasses and high quality porcelain dishes). Breakfast was amazing, and it was served in several minutes, so we managed to get to the train station even though we were short in time.

Breakfast was a little bit weird, it was served from menu, and there wasn’t any diversity - you can order just one meal (really big), but when you wanted salty and also sweet food, it was embarrassing to ask for more. Also breakfast rules hasn’t been very clear (can you order juice, slice a bread etc.)

Room was beautiful, really nice receptionist, handy parking. Breakfast tasted amazing.

Nothing really, but one of the staff liked to argue with/lecture customers instead of listening to their requests. Not a great idea. Exceptional staffing otherwise.

Everything - literally. Perfectly located with restaurants easy walking distance (3 minutes) to the left and central business district easy walking distance (4 minutes) to the right on exit. Very clean. Very comfy. Very stylish.

This is not actualy didn't like - but keep in mind! Limited number of parking places. Could be better sound proof. Place is very active, don't dream about silence! For the hotel owners! Please take a small challenge with bath accesories! Soup is mixed 50/50 with water, no cups for coffee.
