Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Super quiet rooms, air conditioners helped a lot in the summer. Staff speaks English and is very friendly, we loved the personnel :) Hotel is dog friendly (in hotel restaurant we were even offered water bowl). Good food, limited options for vegetarians, but I expected worse. Loved the red cabbage soup from main menu :)) Great deal when you’re travelling through Poland, but don’t want to get stuck in city center. There’s Zabka few minutes walk away, got our late night snacks. Big dog was 50zl

SpainWiFi was good, bathroom spotless and modern, water warmed up super quickly, the AC worked very well and was quiet. Staff were always ready to help and very nice to talk to, very helpful in every situation. Even though I didn't come by car, they included a parking spot with the reservation, which I'll be taking advantage of when I come back. The location was perfect for my preferences, quiet, away from the busy streets of the city centre and with good views of the surrounding area. Super well connected via public transport to all of Wroclaw and with a Żabka nearby.

PolandThe location is kind of peaceful and quiet, yes, but I was surprised how far removed from the city it was. It feels suburban, with road overpass nearby (not very close, but you when you're outside you can hear the cars), not really idyllic - more gray & sad. But it's ok.
Pretty nice overall. The breakfast had a huge selection of nice dishes, and the coffee was surprisingly good for a hotel.

EstoniaThe breakfast wasn’t good, yes there were plenty of different meals but none of them were tasty or good to eat. Even scrambled eggs were f*kd up and it’s wasn’t pleasure to try those. Coffee from a coffee machine of I don’t know 1930s?? Not tasty During breakfast cleaning personnel was passing by in between the tables with shovel full of dust and garbage, then they swayed back with moping appliances. I don’t think it’s a good idea to do during breakfast
