We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

UkraineQuite dirty, there were no simple elementary things (shower gel, soap, single-use slippers, paper napkins). No cattle, no tea. Very cheap old furniture and linens, pillows, blanket. It's good for short sleep when you're very tired

PolandOnly thing was no lift. We are elderly and our cases weighed nearly 20kg. We took essentials out and left cases in the car. However, to be fair, the receptionist said she would get somebody strong to help us. No lift would also be a problem to disabled people.
Plenty of parking. Near the Airport. Decent breakfast. Room quite basic but everything needed. Very good value .

PolandBreakfast was generally good. Especially as included in price. Only negative was coffee machine. Coffee was tepid (very cool). I pressed for flat white. Very weak. I had to add two more espresso's, and even then not strong. I think machine needs to be looked at. Water was OK for tea. Otherwise very good breakfast.
This was the third time we stayed. Room was clean and comfortable. This time plenty of electrical sockets. Everything needed was there. No complaints. Breakfast excellent ( but see note above). This hotel is very convenient for Airport, by car. Also plenty of parking. Very good value. Highly recommended.

PolandAlthough the room was NO Smoking, somebody had been smoking, and the smell of smoke was quite pronounced in the bathroom. However, we have stayed before, and this was the first time this had happened. Very few easily accessible electric sockets in the room, so could be annoying if there were a number of phones to charge, or computers to use.
Near Airport and very good for overnight stay after picking someone up, from a flight. Quite basic but very good value for money. Also cancellation option right up to normal arrival time, plus free breakfast. Room was quiet, even though near flight path. Breakfast was quite good. Plenty of free parking. Cannot comment on Wi Fi this time, as we didn't use it, but it was good on previous visit.

PolandThe only negative is unavoidable really, and we were already aware. The Hotel is on the flight path to/from Jasionka so sometimes noisey. However, flights are not frequent and very few in the night, so not a major problem. Also traffic is noisey if you leave the window open and are at the front. Probably only a problem if you are a light sleeper. One should be aware that there is no lift, so probably not suitable for disabled people (unless there is any downstairs accommodation).
Very good value. Good free breakfast. Clean. Very convenient for the Airport at Jasionka. Large roomy free car park.

United KingdomFirst of all I didn’t get the room I’ve booked and when I called to the receptionist they said it all sold out.. It was very cold it the room, I’ve turned the heating up but it didn’t work. Also the toilet smell was horrible and it was dirty on top of it. After staying there I been sick non stop and honestly, booking must take action.

Water in the shower didn’t drain No kettle, no fridge in a room… No one person said hello in the morning, they pretended not to notice the guests. The rooms are on a second floor and there is no lift, so you have to carry your luggage because no one offers help Breakfast was looking like a left over party food I’m so disappointed and in my opinion a hundred euros is not a right price for that…

Great Hotel! If you travel with kids and need to stay near airport - right place. Airport 7 min by car or taxi. Hotel can arrange a taxi and very well speak English. There are kids playground outside and inside kids room - perfect time! Very friendly staff!
