Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

PolandThe room was simply dirty. The bed was uncomfortable, floor was not clean, the bedsheets were really old and had a lot of wear and tear. There was leftover food in my room from previous guests. Bedsheet was plastic and not nice to touch. Duvet was really small and there was nothing else to cover yourself in the night. I slept in an additional long sleeve blouse and socks. There were some hairs in the bedsheets. Even a night lamp was missing a bulb. Breakfast was mediocre at best, lots of fat eggs and not much else. By 8:15 a lot of breakfast was gone and didn't seem they were keen on topping up. No parking really. Nit enough space

SwedenThe downsides for this place were unfortunately more than the upsides. The rooms were a little dirty and smelled a little (the reason unknown). One of our rooms had a bathroom which was outside of the room (you hade to go in a hallway), this was not private. The breakfast was not served under a long time (between 07:00-10:00) and when we came by 09:00 almost everything was eaten up, we asked for refill but they said it there is nothing left. The parking was not good, only three spots reserved for the big hotel. There was not other public parking spots left. The facilities of the hotel were not worth the money, it could have been more cheap.
The beds were comfortable but a little dirty. The rooms were big and the bathroom was newly renovated. The time for check in was broad which was good. The check out time were standard (til 11:00). The location were good (it was not by the road so it was quiet). The curtains were good, blackout curtains.

EstoniaPerhaps considering the hotel's cheapness I shouldn't have raised my expectations, but I was expecting it to be somewhat better for a 3-stars hotel imho. First of all, neither in the room nor in the bath, there was an A/C system. Fortunately the window could be widely opened, which was the only way to establish an air flow more or less, otherwise my room was so sweltry and airless. My room was not cleaned, my bed was not made, the bath stuff (towels, shampoo, soap) was not replaced. (If there was a door sign to be hung on to request clean-up, I could not find any sign like that.) It could be better if a couple of slippers were served in the room as well, especially considering the fact that the floor of the room was dirty. The Wi-Fi connection was extremely slow, that's why I had to switch to my 4G mobile data. The furniture, especially the bed, were quite old and the bed was uncomfortable and even fragile. There was no waste basket in the room.
Affordable price. The hotel's location is not challenging to find from the closest bus stop. Next to the hotel, there is a Biedronka store. The breakfast service was satisfactory. The receptionists were polite. My room was big enough.
