Just perfect in every way helpful staff and great location and good suggestions with restaurants

There was a low beam in our room on which I banged my head.It was very warm in the room and although the air con was constantly on it seemed impossible to get the temperature down below 22c which we found far too warm.

Breakfast provided an incredible selection of food. Our room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff were always polite and helpful. Bar staff remembered my particular Gin and Tonic. The floral displays were really impressive. The hotel’s location was very good and so access to the centre of town was easy.

This hotel is fabulous, every member of staff we're very friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean and beautiful furnished. A fantastic breakfast and wonderful location right in the square. Can't wait to return.

This hotel is fabulous, literally a few minutes' walk to the main square. The pool facilities were great and such a treat to have in hotel.

Love the rooms and the furniture. Its new and spacious. Dominik and all the other staff were very kind and helpful. The location was perfect. Theres elan cafe exactly by the hotel. Would totally recommend this hotel for everyone and anyone

This Hotel is absolutely amazing. The staff is helpful, kind, sympathic, educated and always with a nice attitude. The place is stylish, comfortable, refined and quite, the rooms are so comfortable and nice. Was so amazing to stay here I will come back for sure. The location was just perfect! The decoration, the aroma, the restaurant, the indoor pool, the breakfast everything is superior!!! I don’t have enough words to describe how good was my stay there.

The floor in the pool area is dangerously slippery and the restaurant is way overpriced with slow and inattentive service. If I stay again, I would only eat outside, but the hotel itself is perfect.

Cleaning service start too early, we would get a few knocks on the door by 9am which seems so odd, rooms had a carpet and low lights

Gym was small with limited equipment but it had what I needed.

The room was lovely and big but I didn’t like the small widow make the room dark and bit depressing and I felt bit claustrophobic,bar and restaurant area is nice modern design but luck of personality ,not much choices for ppl who don’t eat meat,not much space for clothes

Air con for everyone in our party (we had 5 rooms altogether) had problems with the air con. This was quickly fixed when staff were notified.

Stunning decor, large rooms, comfortable beds, super clean, good breakfast, really helpful and friendly staff, who gave excellent restaurant recommendations. This hotel is in a fabulous location, right next to the main square.
