We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

HungaryThey need to improve on the cooking utensils to be always available or make it known to guests, I wanted to prepare food when I initially arrived but I was unaware that the Hostel has some frying pan and pot. lol but its cool.
I love the location of the Hostel, very strategic, the facilities are good, the place is always tidy most importantly the staff are helpful and amazing. The environment is really cool. I would like to visit the Hostel again if I has the opportunity. One of the strategic location of Katowice, you can absolutely access everything.

SpainThe facilities are rather basic and the quality of the matressess is really low. So, not the best if you plan to stay for long. I think that the price is not so economic in terms of private rooms, compared with the quality offered.
The accomodation is very well located, just next to the railway station and a few minutes by walk from the bus station. The staff was nice and they were all time ready to help with anything, and the property was clean.

United KingdomDuvet, it's cover and pillows in our room were very much past their prime, really needed replacing. Clean but needs replacing. Don't know what the other rooms were like. Had 2 rooms with a combination of shower/ washing machines/toilet in each. One other male and female toilet that I could find. These rooms were always busy with people checking on laundry and others trying to get a shower. Door locks on toilets never felt that secure
