It appears that this small appart-hotel makes an effort to keep the guests satisfied, but can't always meet the expectations. The service provided is not equivalent to the money charged for the level of the hotel, it was a bit overpriced probably because of high levels of tourism. We noticed that there was some wear and dirt on the majority of the walls and equipment of the room, such as the lights, and the bathroom (tap was leaking). This gave us the impression that the hotel was a bit neglected. The bed was not actually double, there were two separate beds put next to each other with a thin double matress on top which was kind of uneven. During the breakfast (which ends at 10.00) there was not an abundance of food, as they were running out of things, but we were never left without food at 9.00-9.30. The coffee machine needed replacement of some part of it all the time and during the weekdays there was no staff attending the breakfast during the whole time to help. Only one person from the reception had to constantly be called to provide everything and deal with guests at the reception as well. Of course this is not staff's problem as they did their best, but owner's decision of not hiring enough people. Overall, we do not think this should be rated as a 3 star hotel but our stay was just fine, hence the rating. The negative impressions though had to be written down.

Location was good. Staff was polite and did their best. The room was comfortable, the bed sheets, the towels, the furniture and the bathroom were clean. A/C was good. The breakfast was satisfying, we had something to eat. Overall our stay was decent and pleasant.

The room was a bit untidy/old and the floorboards were creaking. The location was decent.

The staff was super nice and inviting. The staff also was very helpful with our train ticket troubles and all in all the stay was very pleasant.

It was just amazing! Firstly my room got upgraded to a spacious apartment with balcony. The Breakfast had everything you could wish for, you can literally ask for specialities. The personal is very helpful with booking, suggest activities and their service feels very personal.

The breakfast had a variety of stuff but the food quality was disappointing. Didn't seem fresh made for that day.

Very nice staff and sweet place. The room with the balcony was big enough for 3 people and we had everything we needed. The location was good- easy to get to the city center and there's a small store right next to it, where you can get drinks and snacks etc.

Just a minor setback - bathroom didn't have a lock.

Although a bit further from the Old Town, the apartment was great, stylish and comfortable. Kids enjoyed it so much they called it their Krakow home and wanted to stay there forever. :) Very thoughtful of the staff was to deduce that it was very hot at night and to bring in an extra fan for the master bedroom. The secret patio to enjoy some drinks in the evening was also exquisite.

People working in the hotel are amazing, they make you feel at home. The hotel is clean and modern, we had the balcony room which had lovely views and was really spacious. The location is good, just 20 minute walk to the city centre, we didn’t have the need to use public transport (we love walking though). We definitely recommend this place to stay in Krakow.

There really isn't anything to dislike. You pay a very reasonable price for a decent place.

I expected a hotel room that has a good look and feel to it, where you feel comfortable to throw your stuff down and refresh yourself in the shower. And I got it. And it's all clean and great and included showergel and soap and such. So you can just come in, freshen up, get some sleep, and not feel any reservations about cleanliness.

We had a great time in Krakow, mainly because of our stay at Liv'Inn Aparthotel. It was located in very close place to city center. Everything was in close vicinity. Our apartment was very neat and clean, perfect for us. Hotel staff was super nice and collaborative. They helped us to visit the tourist attractions. Breakfast was amazing. Check-in and out experience was seamless. Overall a great experience :)

Everything and I mean everything is fabulous, from the friendliness of the front desk staff, the cleanliness is incredible, my apartment was absolutely stunning the interior was beautiful the bathroom perfect . I stayed for only one night in a cosy clean and warm room which was very important considering minus temperatures outside during this winter, lovely and helpful staff at the reception in the evening and in the morning, hassle-free checkin and chek-out, would definitely book here again

Our room is actually just a small hotel room. I knew it but still you are hoping for at least some mini kitchen when it's called an Aparthotel
