Small shower head was not working. Looked like it was blocked with lime scale. Felt a little bit confused about available parking, wasn’t aware I have to pay extra for it, same with baby cot, had to pay extra.

Air conditioning controller shared between rooms made it difficult to on and off.

Location was great. Quality and cleanliness. Fridge magnet as a gift was a nice touch. Shuttle to the airport was definitely worth the money.

The fact that some rooms are not in the old house but in a new annex was not clear on booking. I chose this hotel because of the historic building but the room was in a new block so disappointed.

Nothing that I didn't like, however a clearer indication whether the booking is in the old part of the hotel or the new one would've been a plus. Luckily I got the room in the old part which is the reason for booking this particular place from the first place.

The location of the place is a big plus, the staff was lovely and told us about the local legend related to the building. I'd happily stay again in this place.

The hotel room is decorated in a high style , it would benefit to have one-time use shampoo and toothpaste sets. It might be a bit noisy outside but not until late and also becomes quiet if you close the window. It didn't bother me and I am sensitive while sleeping.

Great place in the center of the city, very comfortable beds and some water as a compliment. A cute magnet was a nice surprise. We didn't take the breakfast arrangement but dined out along the water.

Beautiful old building in a very central location. Worked well for us whilst exploring Gdansk. Rooms aren’t the biggest but can’t expect that for a 15th century property! Staff were excellent, from arranging airport transfers to answering a couple of queries we had whilst staying. Highly recommend !

Gotyk House is centrally located on Ulica Mariacka on a beautiful street with both cafes and shops selling amber. It is in easy walking distance of most sights and pleasant to return to late in the afternoon reading or journal writing. Our room on the upper floor was stylish, quiet and charming.

There was no lift to get luggage up to the room. The a/c did not get very cold but it was bareable.

The location was perfect for seeing the city. The room was comfortable and furnished nicely. Even though we were on a busy street, the room was quiet in the evening.

More fresh bath towels. It was very hot and humid when we were there and we got caught in a down pour and I had to go and fetch fresh bath towels myself. Later I saw that there was a button one needed to push if you wanted room service, but we were not told about this.

We were on a car trip through Poland and we needed a place to park the car, which they had. I was a bit tricky to find out what we needed to do to get the permit, but the hotel staff was very helpful in guiding us through the process. We were really in the middle of the city and had a great time. They breakfast option is Mexican and if you are more into traditional sweet breakfast it might not work, but there a excellent pastry shop/cafes around.

There was no food facilities in the hotel (but there is a great Mexican place next door which hotel guests can eat at for breakfast)

This hotel fits the theme very well! Its decor is amazing and staff were lovely and really helpful! We were on the top floor and there was a little bit of noise (with the window open) from the bars/restaurants on the streets surrounding the hotel but was no bother really!

For an old town, everything is cosy and lovely (not spacious). Bed was comfy, pillows could be bit fattier. Our room was just above restaurant on a cobblestone street, so those of you who like to go to bed early, might find it too noisy. We did not order breakfast timely, so the morning we discovered, that it had to be booked before. Reception recommended us to go to Słodko Słono place nearby for breakfast and it served amazing breakfast. We did notice, that many places served breakfast and these were rather full already after 9am.

Classic old town hotel in a very nicely decorated historical building on a lovely picturesque street with little houses and funny staircases, very nice. As for everything old town, hotel is small, lobby is small, but personel is very nice. We were recommended to check in till 8pm, but if we're late, there would be instructions. We made it. Our room was situated in the side street in a more modern part of the building. The room was one floor above ground level above tapas restaurant.
