We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PolandThe young lady at the front desk seemed upset that we showed up late, even though it was just 15 minutes after our announced time. Not nearly the worst customer service I've encountered in Poland, but after a three-hour drive a friendly greeting really helps.
Good no-frills hotel on the western edge of Poznań, well placed for those with business in the hospital district or other parts of western Jeżyce. Our two-bed room was absolutely fine, though adding a crib (which they did for free) made it a bit cramped. Parking in the back costs extra, but is well worth it if you don't want to hunt for a spot, especially in the evening (there's none on Bukowska Street). The historical images of old Poznań/Posen on the wall by reception add a nice touch.

PolandI got a room that everybody walking into the hotel or leaving it could see into through the windows (the windows were on the same level as the stairs to the entrance and only an arm's length away) so I had to keep the curtains closed most of the time. A lot of noise from the street. AC was out of order. The bathroom could really use a touch up, the shower and radiator especially - paint and enamel were peeling from both.
I liked the possibility to book on booking.com and then pay cash on site.

United Kingdomthe room is a bit old (ie old furniture), the bed was not very comfy (v hard matress), the hotel did not provide much shower gel, the towels looked old, overall the hotel was ok but the price should be lower (around 130-150 pn)

PolandCar park space is way too small and narrow. Carpet in our room was dirty and towels had some stains on them. Rubbish bins were right under most of the windows. WiFi was poor and TV was not working.
In our room we didn’t have a kettle or fridge but when we asked about it they gave us small kettle to use and took our food to storage it in staff’s fridge.

United KingdomEverything was fine, the only thing I could complain about was the smell- I could smell like a fire pit smell, probably thats how they heat up the building but it wasn’t very strong and I remember I could smell it only at night not during day.
Very clean and nice property, great breakfast and very friendly staff. great bathroom with big bath and private kitchen unit available.
