This as quite lot of old time hotels require a little bit renovations- like shower cabins, water installation (pressure and temperature in the water pipes is unstable)

Location is very good- close to therms and Krupowki street. Very good breakfast, lot's of parking places, nice and friendly staff

The Google maps shows wrong direction how to go to a hotel, so we get lost in the beginning. Also the heating in the room didn't work and it was cold.

The hotel is an older structure, relatively well maintained though, and lacks A/C ... during the summer like this one this represents a bit of a problem during the day in room facing south-west ... and the majority of them do. Fortunately, the nights are still quite cool in the mountains

I like the location of the hotel - off to the side yet, close enough to Zakopane's main drag (Krupówki) allowing us to explore until late into the night and without a worry to get home. The view from the balcony was also very nice. The added feature was a nice breakfast buffet and an opportunity to take food outside.

Directions shown by google to reach the property by walk is misleading. Google suggests the shortest walking route, but the route is closed and had to take the longer route to reach the destination. Hotel facilities are very old. No proper heating. The doors were not tightly closing and outside cold breeze was coming in through the gaps. The shower faucet is faulty and broken. We added a comment that we wanted a double bed, but 2 single beds were provided.

Staff was good. Breakfast was good as well. Rooms were clean as well.

It’s not 3-star hotel, unless stars were given for representing soviet vacation. Hotel is old in everything, windows don’t even close anymore, style is terrible, cleanliness was questionable at some parts, paper thin walls and smoking neighbours in the balcony weren’t nice. Water pressure was a joke and sometimes you would stand in a shower and wait for water to run again. No air conditioning which left rooms overheating after lunch hours. Later people would open windows in corridor and doors to rooms to air out hot rooms – it was such a soviet reminder moment. Staff doesn’t speak English, not a sentence. Breakfast quite short on variety, eggs only with meat.

Probably the price being cheapest from everything we were choosing from at that moment was the best about this accommodation. Room was kind of spacious. Area was calm. Parking availability. Dogs allowed. Heater in the bathroom was nice.

Outdated furniture which at places would require some fixing, wifi was not working in my room, not enough power outputs (only one free), seriously uncomfortable pillows, heating was not on when I arrived (for my 3rd and last night here it was fixed) and it was cold and humid which lead to me getting sick.

Nice, quiet location with lovely views. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Deers roaming in the yard. Furniture clearly made to last. Relatively good value for money.

Beautiful view of the forest and mountains from the balcony. Friendly staff and clean, nice room. Lovely breakfast with a great choice and plenty of places to sit looking at the view. A bit of a steep hill up to the hotel but not a problem for me or my partner.

NO WIFI IN ROOM, even though it was advertised!! Even after repeatedly asking they didn't fix it. The breakfast was awful, lots of options but none tasted good. The rooms weren't clean, there were dead bugs. On the last day our shower and sink didn't work, as in there wasn't any water. In the map on the room they say they've got massages, a sauna, a fitness, pingpong and billiard. The first 4 are nonexistent!! Only the billiard is real but that's in the basement and it's far from clean! The staff weren't friendly in the slightest and didn't seem to care that the wifi or water were broken.

We were able to check in an hour earlier and there was space to park, those are the only good things! Don't ever go here.
