The rooms and bathrooms require renovation.

We stay in this hotel when we are only in Opole because of the location for us. The hotel requires many changes and especially the rooms and bathrooms remember the old days. An unpleasant surprise was the lack of a jacuzzi, which used to be there and could be used during the stay. A big plus is the restaurant and very good and plentiful breakfasts. Because we organized a family party for 20 people at the hotel, we could not find fault with the food because everything was perfect, especially the pear cake with dark chocolate. The big problem was the service. Because it was a guy who did not speak Polish well, he had a big problem with delivering what the guests additionally ordered from the bar. Because of this, the waiting time for e.g. coffee, tea or drinks extended to 30 minutes. I think the hotel should think about having more staff who speak better Polish, especially when the hotel is full of guests.

The bathroom needs a little bit of updating but is still functional and very clean. I wish the gentleman at the reception on the night we checked in was a little bit more friendly, but I guess we all can have a bad day.

Good location and very quiet. Very clean room, comfortable beds and a very spacious family room. Overall, we have had a very pleasant stay at the hotel.

Lack of air con is a big minus during heat wave.

Good size of rooms, free parking lot is a big plus. Good place for a single or two night stay. Local bus stop in front of the main door. Lidl on the other side of the road. Reception open tiil late.

Refrigator could have used some attention - very sticky from the dirt, and relatively expensive parking place.

Very spacious room, super quiet (despite windows facing one of the major roads), fabulous location (a walking distance from the city square and from other major attractions).

I was exhausted after a sleepless night in a different apartment and I was greeted with a rude attitude at the reception and telling me no check-in possible untill 15:00 zero smile zero care. While returning back the room I got was big size but the light switch of the room was directly at my head position middle in the night the light went on and it was disturbing the matrrace was from a different age and I woke up with a stiff shoulder. The tv was not working. I was too tired to watch anything but hey why would you put a guest to such room even knowing how bad his previous night was and seeking a good night sleep. I will avoid this hotel in the future as there is zero understanding to the needs of the guest.

The Hotel could be great just great but unfortunately it desired to go to a different direction. There is nothing great about my trip to tell.

Hotel room could've used soap at least. There were soap dispensers but they were empty. There was a lot of weird tiny gunk floating in the pool. The ridges of the pool are taller than water level so I don't know how that water is supposed to spill over into the filter. Also for the small size of the pool, it certainly could have been warmer. No soap in pool showers either. The receptionist informed me the sauna wasn't working, too. Big bummer, I was looking forward to that. I've bought cheaper, better stays in hotels in the middle of Tokyo but prices in Poland are generally through the roof so this hotel was actually comparatively reasonable which is pretty sad. Breakfast was really expensive so I didn't try it. Ukrainian (?) receptionist seemed a bit rude and dismissive, but she did help in the end, so maybe it's just the culture/language barrier (we were both speaking Polish).

Hotel room was okay, clean, room amenities (hair dryer, kettle) worked.

Room smelled as if there had been smoked and most probably this is the case. Room and the hotel itself is quite old and needs renovation. Wi-Fi did not really work when there were a lot of guests using it.

Okay for one-night stay. There are single rooms available that was nice. Breakfast was decent and there was plenty of room to sit. Hotel has also a paid parking lot.

The shower head was not powerful, and one od the beds mattresses was weird. The food in the evening was average.

The room was specious, clean. The breakfast was extra charge (42zl per person was good), the staff was very friendly. The pool was perfect, the kids loved it. The play area in the restaurant is a huge plus!!! Parking.

Unfortunately the jacuzzi was not filled with water. Sometimes issues with WiFi. It was connected but without Internet 50% of the time. Seems that it was depending on the location in the hotel. In the lobby it always worked. There is a football table but without ball.

We liked the swimming pool which was open from 10h till 22h. The sauna was also nice, which was open from 15h till 22h. Location is 2km from the city centre. The bar is always open, because after 22h there is a switch between reception and security and they are also helpful to get you a drink.

Bathroom was not clean and shower drained slowly. We had to buy our own detergent and clean and also air freshener to get rid of the smell as they where unable to provide. In between the days we stayed there, they never cleaned the room even after informing them.

Great location and the facilities where great. Breakfast buffet is also excellent .
