Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

amazing place, great and friendly staff, clean and quiet, modern rooms with great space and very comfy bed. The breakfast was fantastic, great choice in a buffet style, with everything you might want ,and a nice view onto old city from the dining area. you can walk every where .

United KingdomThe hotel is on a busy main road so it is possible to slightly hear the traffic from the front facing rooms if the air conditioning is switched off or on a low setting. I stayed during a heatwave so the air conditioning was on all the time mostly at full strength so it wasn't a big issue. In general the rooms are very well soundproofed though and I couldn't hear the lift next to my room or any other guests.
Central location close to main square, bars & restaurants. Very good breakfast with a very wide range of options and with excellent freshly prepared coffee. The staff in the breakfast room were very attentive and would prepare additional breakfast items.

United StatesIt was clean and comfortable. Great location, close to city's heart. My husband and I traveled with two kids, the hotel staff made sure we have 2 additional beds made in the room and they put stuffed animals on kids' beds, so sweet. Parking was available.

Good hotel room with nice decor. Our room was looking at the inside yard and was very quiet. Great location in Wroclaw, only a few minutes walking from Rynek. Underground parking available. Strong and stable wifi. Nice breakfast. Attentive and nice staff.

Finland> I did not like that they gave us only 1 blanket for two ppl. The fact that we a couple does not mean we like to sleep under one blanket. I was too tired to ask them to change it.
All was good in general. Maybe the best hotel so far we stayed in Poland. I liked the fact that they have a sauna (and a great one!) and a gym. When I will visit Wrocław next time I would like to stay here again.

The lady at the check-in was really friendly and helpfull. Also, the location is great, as we could walk to the centre and back in just a few minutes. We could park the car under the hotel. It has a bit of a small entry, but we had no problems with that. Breakfast was really good, a lot of options too choose from, even for a vegetarian. The room was a bit small, but the bed was good and the bathroom too.
