None of the staff spoke polish, if not barely knowing Russian - we wouldn’t found any agreement. Room was in „questionable” state (a lot of cracks on the tiles, and the walls, left a lot of concern.

Location - if you’re looking for something close to the railway station (Krakow Główny) - look no further. Rooms were modern (somewhat) and everything was clean. Let us leave our luggage before check-in time which is very good for early birds.

Very basic, No view from the window, tinny shower, cold water- had to wait for some to turn the hot water on. Loud traffic.

Old building and there was no lift. The lock of the front door and the bathroom should be replaced/repaired. Except that everything was fine.

Perfect location. The Turkish restaurant on the ground floor of the building is great.

Nothing to like there

I was thinking for a title of this experience and can't find better than: Horrible Experience. I arrived at midnight after a long journey, only to be met with a complete nightmare. From the moment I opened the main door, the hotel smelled terrible, like an abandoned shelter. The room was even worse—reeking of cigarette smoke and utterly uninhabitable. It was nothing like the pictures or descriptions on the site. I couldn’t bear to stay and immediately booked another hotel nearby. This was a huge disappointment and a terrible way to end a long day of travel. Absolutely unacceptable!

My wife arrived with the son,the room heater was not working,we contacted the reception and we were told cannot do nothing about it. Were told if not happy we can leave,so then another room was given and the same issue heaters not working and the walls full of humidity and walls damaged,electric 2 plates oven full of rust, etc etc ,we have photos to proove all this mess.And then a temporary heater was placed over the non working one. How does booking.com can accept this type of accommodation for their customers?? Also they could hardly speak English only Russian, what a mess????? HOPE BOOKING.COM can refund me my money that i paid for this mess accommodation.

I would have provided a rating of 10 if there were regular, easy access to a staff member that speaks English … For example, since it was discovered later that there are helpful waitresses at the accommodation’s restaurant that speak good English, the Manager could perhaps advise guests to phone the restaurant if/when we require assistance …

I wished I checked the comments and rating of this property before booking. The studio I got did not match the pictures in any way. The place was very run down, sockets hanging off the wall, old mouldy smell in the room, there wasn’t even a kettle there nor was the heating working. The bathroom was decent but rest of the studio was in a pretty bad shape.

Bed that you couldn't sleep on, she would like to change it, outdated equipment, refrigerator not working, noise from outside, so you don't sleep, staff arguing outside the windows at 2 in the morning. Disparity between price and accommodation.!!

What I disliked about my stay: I booked an apartment specifically so I could cook basic meals for my child, but to my surprise, the place had an electric oven and kettle but no cookware or utensils. It makes no sense to equip the space with an oven if there’s no basic kitchenware provided for guests to use.

The location is great, once you enter Galeria Krakowska it takes 2 mins to get to the place

I asked for a table in the room. They refused and said that the table could not be given because they did not have a chair. It was unacceptable to move into a room with a shower and a bed. I needed to work. I moved to another place. Disappointed

The hygiene is below standard, Access to the location is dark, unclear and shady. Smell of cigaret and smell of rodents was present in the room. The price is massively over-evaluated for the value.
