The location of the hotel is not what I imagined from the pictures online. It is not on acreage in the countryside. It is located in a residential area, with a soccer field on one side; and construction work occurring on the other side. So you may hear the sounds of children/families and game noise if something takes place during your stay. There is also an attached farm, with sheep and ponies. But the animals are delightful and only enhance the setting.

The hotel/rooms are impeccably clean, with courteous and professional staff. Very nice landscaping. The breakfast buffet is top notch, with plenty of variety and freshly made espresso.

A hidden gem! Peaceful, quiet surrounding, a park where one can listed a bird song and watch squirrels play in the grass. Excellent staff, great food. Definitely will return! Its a place where one should go for a long weekend.

Great boutique hotel quietly located just outside of Tarnow. Easily accessible by car. The room we got was very spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome. They also spoke English. The breakfast was varied and tasty. WiFi was fast and worked good. All in all very good value for money.

- i got sick after eating in the restaurant - i ordered breakfast 3 times and dinner once, i didnt receive it correctly a single time - i had to let them know the time i wanted to have breakfast and what i wanted to eat the evening before. But still, the eggs were served cold and the juice warm - the spa apart from the treatments consists only of a sauna. I had to inform reception 3 hours in advance if i wanted to use it & even then it doesnt get over 45° - cleaning of the room is not made well, wet towels are left on the floor etc. - the reception barely speaks english

We stayed 3 nights, and the room was cleaned only ones. :( The staff was friendly, but due to the poor staff language skills, it was quite difficult for us to communicate. Despite we tried in several languages (English, German, Russian). The receptionist on the first day was the most helpful despite the language difficulties. Polish breakfast with soup, but no fruits and cereal options. The menu in restaurant has poor choices and it is expensive for what it is. The restaurant service unfortunately is not at the 5* level. Our 15 years (185cm) son got a creaky camping bed.

Peacful and quiet accomodation with a very nice garden. Restaurant location is goregeous, the rooms are clean. The basement sauna is very nice and interesting. Friendly staff. Based on request the second day we received fruits for breakfast. However, the breakfast portion decreased day by day was okay for us, because we are not used to eat Zurek or any other soup in the morning. The bed mattress is very comfortable

The standard rooms are advertised on booking.com as having balconies, while there is only one balcony (from a suite) in the entire building. The restaurant service was slow and we were not asked how the food was (if we had been. we would have sent one dish back as it was very undercooked). Rooms are rather impractically furnished (lacking more outlets, storage space etc). Overall we found the property a little pretentious at its price level. The photos advertised had us expecting more.

Beautiful. themed rooms and high quality breakfast. Spotlessly clean with comfortable beds and absolute peace and quiet for a good night's sleep. Pet friendly and with on-site free parking. Helpful and attentive staff.

On the whole, this hotel is not 5*. It more like a 3*. The staff were reasonably pleasant but on most occasions when we required something, we couldn't find any staff. The reception desk was mostly unmanned. The front garden was nice enough but the water in the fountain was filthy as were the tent roofs on the outdoor marquees. We asked for a cot in our room for our 18 month old and were given one with bars missing which she could climb/fall out of. When we explained it was broken, we were told it was supposed to be like that. We did however get a better/safer replacement. Food was poor. The hotel seems to play on its food offering but we found it a huge let down. Very tasteless. Wine offering also very limited. As I've said, definitely not 5*.

The bath was lovely, very comfortable but no shower, only a hand held shower for use in the bath. Very strange and certainly not 5*.
