Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

DenmarkIn our second stay, we came home around 10:30 pm and the door code didn't work due to some system error. We couldn't contact anyone because the hotel working hour was 8am -10pm. Luckily the security guy who works in the building help us fixing the system.

United KingdomThe only thing I'd say was a little bit annoying was the light - it's very yellow. It's a little thing, but a change of lighbulbs would be great as the yellow is too strong.
The apartment was lovely and was perfect for a short stay. The location is great and we could walk to the old town withing 10-15 minutes. Great value for money!

PolandThe description of check-in was not very clear and quite confusing. I made three different bookings with the same company, and the payment methods varied: directly via booking, by charging my credit card just before arrival, and via a link. This inconsistency was confusing. One check-in instruction did not arrive on time, and I had to make a call to get it. This made the reservation process a bit rough.
The apartment was very comfortable, and the building was new and looked very fancy. Its location is perfect, within walking distance to the exact center of Gdańsk. The apartment was clean, and everything worked properly, just as described.

United KingdomThe mattress is shocking it's the equivalent of a 10 year old child's bed. It's so soft and you can feel the springs. It's also not long enough for me and because of the style of the bed frame how it folds down there is a huge gap at the back which I had to fill in with other pillows to support my head. Also the shower floods and the design means there isn't much you can do.
Amazing size room and the bathroom was very modern and trendy. I like the huge ledge above the toilet to put clothes and other toiletries. The view of the balcony isn't overlooking other apartments at the moment as it's a waste land. You can watch the boats passing by also. The TV has YouTube and Netflix accounts so you don't have to mess around.

The location is excellent, it takes 10-15 minutes to get to the old city center by foot (keep in mind that there is a bridge that may be opened each hour for 30 minutes, but there is another route to the old town). The apartment is nice, it had all we needed. Booking sauna was pretty easy (we asked at the reception and had a great time there). We had a very nice stay and would definitely recommend this place!

Fantastic facilities, had everything we needed. It was very clean, had a comfortable bed and a very good shower. The blackout blinds were brilliant. It was a nice and quiet area too. The location was excellent, we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. There was also a convenient supermarket nearby. They even organised an airport transfer from the airport which was great. Will definitely be back!

PolandThis apartments was damaged a little. But they refunded our deposit so it’s okay. 15 min to Biedronka or Lidl. 5 min to Żabka. You are depending from a bridge(bridge is up every 30 min and you cannot go to the centre). View from a balcony was on a factory but it was no noise and I have seen it on the pictures so it’s okay. Sauna was in another building.
Good new building located near the centre. Sauna is 10/10. Secured.
