Only a minor detail but our room had a very large modern bathroom with a large bath and hand shower, but I would have preferred a walkin/standup ahower.

My booking.com reservation said that parking was free. The binder in the room also said that parking was free however I was charged 120 Polish złotych for parking. Reception would not honour my booking.com reservation. Contacted booking.com 20 times (that's 20!) and they were absolutely useless in helping to resolve the issue.

Breakfast was excellent. Lots of selection. Location to Old Town was perfect. Room was large, very clean and bright. Bathroom was clean but lacked shower. Did not care for the large bathtub as it was difficult to get in and out of the tub.

Everything! It is located in an unbeatable place, next to city center. Car arrival was easy and they made it easy for parking and check in. All clean and people friendly. In addition, it is an old monastery reformed, but keeping the chapel inside, restored to its glory

It's a single room, and so I don't expect much for the size.

I like it! It's a bit old, as it's in a big old building. But everything is tidy. The window view of my room is the old twin and the park, and the location of this hotel is next to the castle and the most beautiful part of the old town! Also, the breakfast was good!

This is just being picky, but the bar was only open during the day when most people were out and not open in the evenings.

The staff were absolutely lovely, the location was perfect and on arrival the rooms were very clean. Overall, this hotel is excellent value for money, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

As funny as it sounds, it is the soap for me as I absolutely could not stand the smell of it.

Clean and cozy rooms with a really friendly staff and in an exceptional location: as soon you stepped out of the property you were already in town. If you are anywhere like me and you prefer to walk everywhere too, you will certainly appreciate it as it!

The secure parking and location near the old town and Castle area make this an excellent choice. I booked a solo room which was especially budget friendly and included breakfast and of course free parking. Although the room has a narrow twin bed, it also offered a kettle and other amenities that were appreciated. I wish my travel plans allowed me to stay more than one night as the hotel accommodation was perfect. The room was quiet, easy access to the parking lot, elevator and wonderful caramel candies at the front desk.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Everything went well and I liked absolutely everything. The location could not be in a better place, right in the old town so it was really good, no need to take the public transport at all. It's also near the bus station, few minutes by walk. Despite being in the center, the room was quiet and there was no external noise. The room was clean, cute and comfortable, the toilet was spacious. There was coffee and tea and a kettle in the room so was really handy. The staff was polite and the breakfast was amazing, the best I had in years and I would come back here because of it!
