Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

BelarusMy plane was late and it was after midnight so I was looking for a 24 hour hotel. Found this one. They answered on WhatsApp fast. But I when landed and wanted to get a taxi, I had some trouble with my card and they didn’t work for some reasons. Asked the hotel if I could get any transfer but got the answer “no”. And that’s it. I understand it was my problem but it was night and I was really tired so if they at least would have suggested any assistance I would have been more loyal and would have given the best rates and review. But not:) anyway, everything else was okay

The same good words I can say about young people who work at the registration desk. We always stay at this hotel when we are in Krakow. Highly recommend!

NetherlandsThe ventilation of the shower was not present or not working. The smell of the shower stank a little due to the fact there was no ventilation. The shower also fluctuated in warmth.
We were able to check in early and the staff were very polite and helpful. The place was easily accessible by car and the room was clean. Room service also did a good job on tidying everything up.

This hotel is situated on the ring road around Krakow which made it ideal for the location, but there was no disruption caused by the traffic noise. We asked for a room overlooking the city and that was provided which was appreciated. The room itself was spacious and very comfortable and we had a pleasant stay. The restaurant in this hotel was not open that evening but the restaurant in their sister hotel next door was and served really good food which was excellent value for money. Breakfast was served in the restaurant of the main hotel which was plentiful and satisfying. A nice bonus on check out was being given either a packet of complimentary coffee or tea which was a really lovely thought. When we are back in Krakow we will certainly look this hotel up again to stay in.

SwitzerlandThe hotel is in a terrible location. It overlooks a petrol station and a main road so it can be noisy and it is definitelt not a room wifh a view. The mattress toppers stick up in the bed and the pillows were flat. The rooms seemed a bit dark and dreary.
The breakfast room was airy and pleasant wigh a veru good selection. The rooms comfortable and bathroom adequate. There was water and a fridge in the room. Secure parking.
